Fantasytczna obsługa, miły i czysty hotel, tak nam się podobał że przedłużyliśmy nasz pobyt, jadąc z Paryża mieliśmy problem ze znalezieniem tej mieściny (NOISEL). Do Disneylandu 10-15 minut. Bardzo bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni

Gps segítségével könnyen ide találtunk, csak pont egy hatalmas piac volt a hotel mellett és akkora dugo alakult ki,hogy alig tudtuk megközelíteni a hotel bejáratát.Szerintünk drága hotel, amúgy minden ok, volt!Portás keveset beszél angolul:(

They didnt have our reservation, the receptionist didnt speak a word in english, but he was quit nice and found another hotel for us. But wasnt a good experience.

Al momento della prenotazione avevamo programmato di arrivare intorno alle ore 22.00 circa ma purtroppo causa neve e ghiaccio abbiamo ritardato, ci siamo preoccupati di chiamare l'hotel spiegando la situazione, no - problem ci è stato risposto specificando almeno 5 volte il nome a cui era stata eseguita la prenotazione.
All' alba delle 4.00 abbiamo trovato l'hotel (la scritta esterna indicava un'altro nome di hotel) il signore alla reception non aveva nessuna prenotazione a nostro nome anche mostrando il modulo inviato da Voi di prenotazione e per quella notte non aveva più camere a disposizione la colpa era dell'agenzia che non aveva inviato un fax di conferma (per cui la colpa a detta del signore Vostra). Il signore ha cercato la disponibilità di pernottamento in altre strutture, c'erano, dovevamo pagare 300,00 euro circa per dormire 3, 4 ore ormai erano le 5.00. Arrabbiati ce ne siamo andati, abbiamo dormito in macchina dopo 13 ore di viaggio. Nota bene: 4 adulti e 3 bambini, faceva un freddo allucinante.
Intorno alle ore 9.30 ci siamo ripresentati all'hotel in attesa della consegna delle 2 camere. Le camere ci sono state consegnate circa alle 10.30 però anzichè visitare Parigi abbiamo passato la giornata a dormire. Per colpa di questo disguido (colpa Vostra insisto perchè così si sono difesi in hotel) abbiamo perso 1 dei 2 giorni trascorsi a Parigi.
Vi chiedo cortesemente di chiarire con il signore della recption della notte, che a mio avviso ha destinato le camere a qualche altro cliente, inoltre spiegate a queste persone che siamo italiani non stupidi (visto che fingevano di non capire assolutamente l'italiano e nemmeno l'inglese). Vorrei chiedere un risarcimento per il disguido.
Per il resto l'hotel è decente a rapporto qualità e prezzo.
Resto in attesa di riscontro in merito.

Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen!! Unsere Erwartungen waren recht niedrig geschraubt, denn der Preis ist ja für Pariser Verhältnisse sehr gering. Um so angenehmer waren wir über die Sauberkeit der Zimmer überrascht. Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut. Ca. 10 Min bis Disneyland (Bahnstation vor der Hoteltür) und 35 Min bis Paris City. Perfekt. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein gutes Chinesisches Restaurant und eine Dönerbude. Sonst gähnende Leere.

Friendly staff, near RER-station, perfect if you are going to visit EuroDisney. Near to restaurant. A basic hotel for a low budget. The only thing is that the sign doesn't say Hipotel, instead it says another name.

the hotel and the staff was ok for the price..only the little problem is that you are in the black ghetto... and in the evening the police always around...and a little too much far from paris... 35 min with RER (metro train)..

We booked this hostel for the price and due to the fact that it was opposite an RER station from where you could access Paris central or Disney. For this reason it was great, you could be in the centre of Disneyland within 4 stops. However the location left a lot to be desired, the hotel was a bit tatty and was near to a shopping centre which wasn't particularly pretty, you wouldn't want to go out after dark with a family, but there was a nice Italian and Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel as well as lots of cosmopolitan shops, including Turkish and African. Despite this the hotel was clean and functional, there was parking and breakfast was ok (we had to pay extra for this but only 5 euros per night for adults) as a base and for the cost it was a good choice for us.

The hotel is close to Paris and relatively easy to find. The town is small and pretty boring. The hotel smells a lot like cleaning products and breakfast is rather overpriced. The rooms are okay for a two star hotel, rather small but the beds are big. The TV doesn't provide the channels listed. The personnel is nice. Still would not have stayed there if hotels in Paris hadn't been completely booked out because of the holidays.
