Budapest Budget Hostel offers low prices without a compromise on quality. You get the best value for your money staying in our cozy and quiet place.

We’re ideal for groups both small friend circles (you get a private for the price of a dorm!) and larger ones (from 10-100 people!) whom we offer very special bargains.

Our hostel features spacious, decent and comfortable rooms inside a beautiful, unique, more than one hundred-year-old building – once the property of the Zwack Unicum factory, a true Hungarian specialty.

We are a stone’s throw away from the wonderful Danube River with a lovely promenade running along the bank, which leads right to Boráros Square, a central connection point of public transport.

Our best value policy guarantees lowest price with all these included free of charge:

The hostel is your space to chill out and relax – we are not a party hostel and have a strict policy on excessive loud activities. MindU - this does not mean monk-like isolation! The common kitchens on each floor and our sunny terrace give you the possibility for a friendly chit-chat with fellow travellers.

But if you're after a wild party, you are also in the best place,there are a plenty of bars and pubs nearby:
- A38-ship (a crazy floating bar, a professional underground concert venue, voted to be the greatest bar of the world (we are not exaggerating! see Lonely Planet, 2011)
- Budapest Park (a newly built, modern concert place with 5 different music stages)
