Iran Cozy Hostel is a fully-renovated old house with thick walls that keeps the building cool during summer and warm in winter.
It reconciles between having privacy and the experience of living in a hospitable Iranian family. From the entrance door you see the beautiful yard. Delicious breakfast (with super-fresh (just-baked) bread and home-made jam) and free WiFi are included. Fire extinguishing system guarantees the safety and on-site staff are always available.

You will stay in lovely, newly-renovated and spacious rooms that have big windows. Showers and toilets are shared, yet enough in number and clean. Contrary to the crammed dorms of hostels in Tehran, all of our rooms are big.

Drawer, coat-hanger, chair, mirror, beautiful carpets and tableaus equip each room. Rooms are warmed with traditional heaters during winter and cooled with central water air conditioning system throughout summer.

Services and activities
From the entrance door you see the beautiful yard that will be soon a lovely traditional tea-house available for the guests.

Each day, breakfast is served on the table in the living room or in the yard around a big table or on a nice bed put in the yard.

Plants and trees make the yard temperature moderate and suitable to sit for a while, talk, play and communicate.

Surroundings
Located in center of Tehran the house is in walking distance (3-4 minutes) from two main metro stations (Mofateh & Haft-e Tir) of metro line one that is the most useful metro line in Tehran.

Old American embassy and Artist Park are 10 minutes walking towards south. Next to the house is a traditional Iranian bakery. A traditional restaurant (Shahr-e Farang) is just 2 minutes away. Several cafes, a big mall (Yas Market) and a cinema are in walking distance.

We don't have dorms and bunk beds are not interesting in our opinion.
