About us
The hostel is located in an old restored local house in the middle of the woods in the Regional Park '100laghi'. Especially for nature and quietness lovers. You can make trekking excursions, bike tours and horse riding.
The staff is young and kind, all the members are part of a cooperative society
which is interested in maintaining local tradition and preserve the natural environment.

Total beds 7.
There are 3 rooms: one double with private bathroom, one single and one 4bed with shared bathroom.
Linen and towels available. Air conditioning.

Sitting room with kitchenette and open garden for BBQ.

Surroundings
The hostel is in a small village with no shops, but you can find a restaurant and bar in the village nearby (1km). In Corniglio and Monchio (7 km) you can find any facilities you need: bank, post office, shops, doctor, pharmacy.
Cultural activities can be found in Torrechiara, Parma (40 km)

The natural scenery is unique because the hostel is in a protected glacial origin area. It offers wonderful chestnut woods, fresh wild streams, impressive Apennines ridge full of lake and view to the sea. Special traditional food as you are in the so called Italian food valley. Art and museum in Parma and its sorroundings.
