The villa is located in Erice (TP), the resort in a strategic position, it can easily reach the main sites of the city, such as Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the old town where you can embark for the Egadi Islands (Levanzo - Favignana and Marettimo). The house is divided as follows: * Ground floor comprises a large porch, sitting room (with fireplace), kitchen equipped with everything you need, bathroom (including towel and a double bedroom with air conditioning. * First floor consists of kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 double and one triple (1 double bed + 1 single bed), from the living room / kitchen you can go upstairs where there is another room bedroom, a bathroom and a large veranda. Perfect solution for 3 pairs! * Annexe consisting of a large veranda equipped kitchen and dining room, bathroom and loft bed. In total, the facility can accommodate up to 12 people.
