Durisimo q no tiene ascensor, y q te cobran el desayuno!

La habitación muy bien, muy limpia, bien ubicado y la gente copada

Staff was extremely helpful. One guy was quite rud regarding breakfast but the owner of the hotel was present and corrected the situation upon request. I reccomend this hotel!

En relación calidad precio el hotel esta muy bien, está limpio y es muy céntrico, lo cual para nosotros fue esencial a la hora de elegirlo. El aspecto exterior no es muy lujoso y muchas noches en la calle a la entrada al portal había gente sentada(perro flautas)pero la habitación está muy bien, amplia, limpia y cómoda. El desayuno no es muy variado.

This is a good hotel for the price range and two stars. The staff is very friendly and location is very convenient. The only problem was that the hotel located on the second floor did not have a lift.

Most of hotels in Italy are very old and messy. But this hotel is very good and clean. In addition, the location is near SMN. So It's good to see Firenze. If you stay this hotel, you will satisfy.
