every thing is great in this hostle, the room is clean and big, and it's just 6-8 minitues walk to the railway staion. the landlord are pretty nice. only one problem is there's no hot water at night, so ask the landlord to solve this problem before they leave in the evening.

This place is very good! It is located in the centre of the city very close to the train station and all attractions. You can easily walk everywhere. Valerio is very kind and helpful.

Is a charming place in a nice area close to the old town. The staff will provide you all the facilities. Is a good value, clean, safe and comfortable.

WC is private but not in the room.

Very nice and clean. Also the staff was very cool. It is very close to the main attractions and at the same time in quiet nice street. The breakfast nearby was very nice just as well!!

For the price we paid this hotel was excellent! Great value for money and helpful staff - I am a very happy budget traveller :)

Non lontano dal centro, stanza pulita ma il letto troppo scomodo!!!!

Das Personal hatte sich bemueht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen und hatte sogar angeboten ein 2. Bett kostenlos zur Verfuegung zu stellen. Leider war aber die Toilette ausserhalb des Zimmers und somit nicht konfortabel.

War alles super, hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag gut geputzt. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Leute. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Das einzige Manko ist dass es kein Frühstück gibt.

The kindest staff, really good location, very clean and confortable. The only problem is if comes by car, it's difficult to park over there.

Cuando se pide una habitación privada con baño privado se supone que el baño va a estar dentro de la habitación y no tener que salirme al pasillo.

En las habitaciones se oia hasta como respiraban los de la habitación de al lado.

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, unica pecca a gennaio la stanza era un pò fredda

anda bien el wi fi, no hay desayuno pero si jarra electrica para calentar agua, cafe, te y azúcar.

Locanda Pitti is very nice place and location is very good, because you go to the center about 15 minutes. Room was clean and large. Locanda Pitti located near the main raliway station. The price is low and the comfort of a good.

I really love this place, its quiet ,confortable and the owners are so cool and polite.

When my cousin and I were in the Locanda, we meet a couple from Singapore and we spend like an hour talking with the owner.

Have everything that you need and for the price its very accesible.

They are not always on the Locanda but they get assure that you;ll have all you need.

Il personale è simpaticissimo e super disponibile..la città è stupenda e la Locanda Pitti è veramente ben arredata e accogliente..

Locanda molto carina, ci abbiamo passato tre notti. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza doppia ma in realtà ci hanno offerto una tripla ampia per i normali standard. Pulizia buona, solo l'ultimo giorno non sono passati. Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dal museo dell'Accademia (quello col David) e a 5-10 minuti da tutto il resto. Uniche piccole pecche sono la rumorosità notturna, e il bagno un po' piccolo, ma trovo che siano cose di poca importanza visti tutti gli aspetti positivi. Propietari molto disponibili e gentili. è sicuramente il posto con il migliore rapporto qualità/prezzo in cui io sia stata.

I was so glad to have found this guest house. It was like having our own flat in Florence. The proximity of good restaurants, shopping, markets and museums was great too! We will definitly stay again!

Great staff, great location. We were a bit cold at night, but it didnt matter, we were literally 5 min walk from the dome

The hotel was the best one I have ever stayed in Italy.Unfortunately,I stayed there only for a night.Lorenzo,the owner of the hotel was really a perfect representative of the city ,Florance -city of art. He welcomed me, helped me for carrying the bags and gave the map and the information. I felt myself a guest of him, not a customer.The house maid was also cheerful and their manners and behaviours to each other and the customers made me feel that I would stay in a house with a family. The room was really good. It's spacious and clean with good photographs of Florance ,and a poster of art.After the thinnest,incomplete toilet paper of the hotel in Rome, it was really surprise for me to see a complete toilet paper with flowers.Thanks Lorenzo for his aesthetic values he's added to his hotel.I'd like to stay there if I go to Florance again and sure I'll recommend my friends Locanda Pitti for Florance.

La locanda è in una posizione ottimale, vicino alla stazione SMN e cmq vicina al centro. Le camere non godono di un'ottima vista..ma del resto per il tempo che ci si deve passare! :-)

A localizacao e boa sim, nao excelente, proxima a estacao central de trem...o atendimento do proprietario foi excelente, nada a reclamar, e o quarto com banheiro bem agradavel. Pelo valor pago e excelente a hospedagem.

More like a small hotel (only 3 or 4 rooms). No communal area and no kitchen. Our room was large, and comfortable. It had a small fridge and kettle with tea and coffee supplied, but only disposable type plastic cups. Location was more like 500 metres from station. Owner was very pleasant and helpful - made our gallery bookings. Only one flight of stairs, fairly quiet neighbourhood. We are a couple aged 60 and would stay there again.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. Whenever you need a good rest, it is a good choice in the busy city.

Very good location,near the station and the main monuments.The staff was very helpful,providing info about restaurants and booking the museums entrance for me.The guesthouse is small but cozy.I travelled alone but I felt safe,the street is quiet.I walked everywhere.Highly recommended!

Clean, rel. close to the center, simple but relatively large room with private bathroom. Good value for money.

We stayed here for two nights and were quite happy with everything. There is no breakfast, but a kettle in the room to make tea. The shower was warm, the area very safe.

Note: Just be careful when looking for Locanda Pitti - the Florence system of house numbers in two colours is really confusing at first.

Este fue el mejor lugar de todo nuestro viaje por europa, simplemente porque Marco, su dueño, es una persona realmente decidida a ofrecer un servicio de "alojamiento". Se preocupa porque estés comodo en tu visita a la ciudad, te ofrece orientación para moverte por Firenze desde los lugares para visitar, hasta donde comer rico y barato! La habitacion es sensilla, cómoda y limpia. Te podes sentir como en tu casa! Gracias Marco!

Clean & comfortable.

La propietaria Isabela muy agradable y servicial.Habla perfectamente español y creo que también francés,inglés,alemán y por supuesto italiano.La habitación limpia y muy bien situada a pocos minutos del centro histórico de Florencia.Atención al llegar pues no hay nadie que abra la puerta del alojamiento.Hay que ponerse en contacto telefónico con la propietaria previamente para la hora de llegada y que nos esté esperando para abrirnos la puerta,sino nos podemos quedar en la calle con todo el equipaje hasta que llegue otra persona alojada y nos abra la puerta.Por lo demás un sitio muy bien situado y personal muy agradable

If you need a cheap, spacious, calm and clean room (we had one with separate bathroom) near to the market, San Lorenzo ant the dome and 10 minutes away from the train station Locanda Pitti is a very good choice.

Very nice and helpful staff, is a really small hostel but located in the center, close to the main station.. we've had a good stay!
