Excelente o quarto de casal do quarto piso desse hostel. Todo esse andar foi reformado, então, o ambiente é limpo, novo e muito agradável. Você se sente em casa, pois como ele é um B&B (Bed & Brakfast) tem uma cozinha à sua disposição.

La camera in cui abbiamo dormito, che si trova all'interno di un appartamento a pochi passi dal Colosseo (largo brancaccio), era piuttosto ampia e pulita. L'appartamento dispone di tre diversi bagni per 4 camere in totale. E' disponibile una cucina sia per la colazione (che comunque, è offerta) sia per poter cucinare il pranzo. Piuttosto comodo per tornare a casa, mangiare e riposarsi, considerata la posizione in pieno centro e la vicinanza alla stazione della metro! Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ci siamo trovati proprio bene. E sicuramente se dovessi tornare contatterei ancora questo B&B. Chi si lamenta perché "il posto non è un albergo", può accomodarsi in qualche albergo e pagare 3 volte tanto.. :)

They offer a room in a flat of Rome. The flat is composed by 4 rooms (2 double, 2 three bed), 3 bathrooms and a kitchen you can use everytime you need (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Just one room have private bathroom (i had it), but they're all clean and comfortable (as the bedroom). It is situated 10 minutes walk from Colosseo, and i believe that position is maybe the greatest thing of this Bed and Breakfast. If you expect an Hotel you'll be disappointed, but you have to consider the price too, which is very low considering the city, the position, and the possibility to avoid a big hostel with big room of 6/10 people. I will return there!

Excelente quarto, com ambiente familiar e proprietários muito amigáveis. Recomendo, especialmente para casais que pensam em passear bastante pela cidade!

Vicino alla stazione Termini, pulito e ordinato. Piccola nota negativa: una piccola perdita d'acqua che si riversa sul pavimento del bagno durante la doccia.

It was nice, clean, welcoming and quiet at night. A lovely place to stay in with a lovely host.

I recommend it. It could use a signpost to find it easier, but if you find the street, it simple from there on.

very nice place. The entrance feels a bit odd, but once your in the apartment you really like it. Good personnel also. The location is gold!

Super Hostel. Würde wieder dort übernachten wollen. Allerdings sollte man auf ein typisch italienisches Frühstück gefasst sein. Es gibt Gutscheine für ein sehr nettes Cafe (in dem man auch gut essen kann)um die Ecke für eine Heißgetränk und ein typ.ital. süßes Stückchen.

We got to spend 7 nights at the appartment that had four rooms. Mostly we were the only customers. Only negative thing was that internet access was not in the building we were staying at. We didn't use most of the breakfast coupons cos we find Italian "breakfast" to be too little. Tv had 900 Italian channels :)

A recepção do B&B foi muito amável e cordial. Meus filhos gostaram muito do local,que apesar de simples, atendeu às nossas expectativas.

Great location, we were able to reach all important places in Rome on foot. Rooms were clean and private. Included breakfast is quite small (for non-italian :) but you can buy more if you need..

Great accommodation... clean, nice kitchen, nice rooms, nice bathroom...

Close to the town centrum, close to coloseum, close to termini station...

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, de egy kicsit nehéz megtalálni, csak a Liviana név van kiírva. A reggeli egy péksütemény és egy kávé a közeli kis bárban. Az ár teljesen arányban volt a szolgáltatással, mi elégedettek voltunk. A konyhát is lehetett használni. A szoba elhagyása után ott lehetett hagyni csomagokat, így a repülő indulásig még nyugodtan mászkálhattunk.

la posizione del B&B é eccellente:10 minuti a piedi dal colosseo-fori imperiali e dalla metro B,5 minuti da termini e dalla metro A.anche il quartiere non é male.la casa, con 4 stanze e due bagni è carina, avete a disposizione anche la cucina con frigo e microonde per cucinarvi.uno dei due bagni é nuovo l'altro ha tubature vecchie che perdonono e un box doccia ormai da buttare.lo consiglio soprattutto per la posizione favorevole

Hostel on the 3rd floor with lift. Bathroom on every room, and very clean. Close to metro, about 2 blocks away. Colliseum is 5min walking. Not the best breakfast (cofee, croisant). Every thing else was good overall.

La camera era buia e con mobili vecchi, il risultato era piuttosto deprimente. E così il bagno. L' acqua della doccia usciva o bollente o fredda e il bidet non aveva l acqua calda. Si sentiva odore di fogna nel bagno.

Really a nice place for staying. It is like a home.

El chico que nos atendió, David, es un sol, muy agradable y hospitalario. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios y ordenados. Lo peor, las toallas y el desayuno.

Es un antro! Pero cuando te acostumbras, como es solo para dormir, sobra, por el precio que costo no esta mal. Eso si, decepcion al principio, una finca vieja, es un piso simple y viejo del rococó, los dueños majos. Bueno si buscais algo barato y buena comunicacion este es el sitio, pero opinion personal yo ya no ire ahi, tras la decepcion del antro!!!

Etwas schwer zu finden, aber ansonsten top in Ordnung. Frühstück gibt es im Cafe gegenüber.

This B&B is really a group of individual rooms in a few different flats. Breakfast is "make it your own", and the owner and reception is not necessarily even in the same building.

However, our room was clean and bright, and the location is really quite central. The Colosseum is so close, that we just took a walk in the evening to look at it before going to sleep on the last evening.

The location makes this "B&B" excellent value for money.

You will be staying in this italian families apartment (Not a huge hotel). A little hard to find but convienent. Safe feel and friendly family. Would recommend

Good B&B and breakfast is self service, which is cool! Very near the metro so very convinient. The owner is cool!

Nice place, but the website doesn`t give the full information, for example we saw none of the rooms which are shown in the website pictures. Also it was a bit difficult to find the place cause it doesn`t say B&B Chez Liviana by the doorbellsign, just Liviana.

Enjoyable and convenient location. The reception was a lil'bit hard to find, however. Nice personal. The english knowledge could be improved. But it didn't disturb pleasant and amicable communication with the staff. Clean, bright and well-equiped room. On the whole, we can recommend this service. But don't expect too much what concerns "breakfast". ;)

we were attended by corrado who is very nice and gave us helpful tips.the room was nice and confi with classic italian decoration and was next to sta maria maggiore church and 5min walk from termini station,so in a very good location and with some caffes nearby and one nice italian restaurant next to it.the room gives in the main road so it was a bit noisy during the night.the bathroom very clean with bathtub.we would not mind to repeat our experience.Rome is a great city, you need at least 4 nights to visit it, and one week if you pretend to visit most of the museums.

Great minibus. No internet access as promised except for a computer - one computer among all the guests - in the lobby.
