The Hotel is nice but the best is Reza the receptionist, is a wonderfull guy thats why i recommend this hotel, thanks Reza for all.

to be honest, everything was good except the noise from the street. We coudn't sleep because of the noise and couldn't close the windows couse it was stuffy then. The fan didn't help a lot.

* I can't rate B&B Farima, because at our arrival, we were surprisingly transferred to another place: B&B Fanti. So beware: ALL REVIEWS AND RATINGS REFER TO B&B FANTI!
* You’ll need some Italian skills; some of the staff don’t speak English.
* After two nights we were woken up in the morning; we had to leave the room and carry our entire luggage one floor higher. First, the employee couldn’t tell us why we had to change, but then she said something about water problems in our bathroom. But, the new room was a lot better than the other one.
Pro

* Location: 3 minutes walk from Termini, 15 minutes to Colosseo, 25 min to Fontana di Trevi...
* Metro Station 5 min from B&B
* Cheap! Only 30€ for a private 2-bed-room…
* Breakfast included (not enough coffee though for all the guests…)
* Staff was friendly and helpful
* We could leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out
* The rooms were tidy and cleaned every day. Sheets were changed daily as well. Just one thing: there was some kind of cockroach in the bathroom once…
Conclusion

B&B Farima referred us to B&B Fanti. Seems like they all belong to the Hotel Cortorillo (where we checked in and out). I was travelling with my girlfriend, so we were looking for a cheap private room in Rome. And we found it. Even though we had some troubles with the staff and how they treated us, I would recommend this place. It’s tidy, toilets have seats (rarity in Italy), shower works perfectly, great location.

You must chack-in in hotel cortorilo, few blocks away, than thay ride you to hostel farima. Near to colosseo, about 8 min walk. Breakfast was avarage, juice, marmelade , croissants. Very clean.I recommende this hostel...

Everything was ok! Very cheap (with breakfast), cleanless and fantastic position in centre. Just we have to waiting for owner few minutes at the door, but was really, really good!

the apartment is in a good position of the city (near the metro station).
the bed and its sheets were cleaned, as well the bathroom; wi-if connection was always avaible.
a very bad thing i found is that the floor of the bedroom was dirty and completely full of dust (this is a problem for me due to allegies): i'm sure during the years nobody had never cleaned it. the breakfast was ok but if I didn't pay attention at the out of date milk, I would risk to drink it!
with some guys of the staff it was impossible to speak in italian; fortunately I speak english.
at all event i'm satisfied of my stay.

La ubicación es muy estratégica y cercana a todo. Sin embargo, hay un solo baño para tres habitaciones y no se puede pagar con tarjeta en el hostal. También se tuvo que llamar al dueño para que asistiera a realizar el check-in.
Sin embargo, la habitación estuvo muy limpia y bien decorada. El desayuno completo y bueno.

I really was positively surprised by this B&B which cost us the same as we would have paid for 2 beds in a youth hostel dorm... Rooms very nice, position good for us (close to train station, not too many tourists), staff friendly. I recommend to young couples/friends whose alternative would be a hostel

Very good value for the amount of money we paid, excellent location! it's a small place with only 3 rooms, but the room was very nice and everything was clean. The staff was friendly, although we did have some trouble at first since the girl who was there when we arrived only spoke italian, but she was nice and we worked everything out anyway.

Por lo general todo bien excepto el cuarto de baños, la taza de wc estaba rota, no creo que sea presentable, además era muy incómodo orinar porque te la clavabas en las piernas, la ducha sucia, vieja y el agua no salía bien, era una odisea ducharse y para finalizar indican que hay secador de pelo pero no es verdad...
