The main restaurant, “dei Cavalieri” offers both international and Italian dishes with an extensive a la carte menu and it is open from 12.30 to 14.30 for lunch and from 19.30 to 22.00 at dinner.
A second restaurant, “Holiday” provides buffet dinners for large events and gala dinners. The restaurant Holiday is the venue for breakfast from 07.00 to 10.00 in the morning where a continental breakfast buffet is provided.
The Polo Bar, with its dark wood panelling is a stylish location for light, informal meals and snacks at any time of the day. The Bar dei Cesari has a large selection of cocktails and drinks.
In the prestigious Parioli area of Rome this hotel has an excellent conference centre comprising 7 meeting rooms in a flexible modular arrangement able to cater for both smaller business meeting as well as large congresses with a total of 350 seats.
