LOCK OUT from 12.00 P.M. to 02.00 P.M. for cleanings.

PLEASE WARNING

If your arrival time is after 11.00 p.m. you have to pay an extra fee of €25,00.

If you have a delay on your estimated arrival time please contact us by sms, phone or e-mail. If you have a delay and you don't alert us, after 2 hours later than the estimated arrival time we will consider your booking cancelled without any refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a no show or a late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice from the arrival date) we charge a cancellation fee of the cost of 1 night each 2 booked (1 or 2 nights stay = 1 night charged, 3 or 4 nights stay = 2 nights charged, and so on).
