Ich war vom Verhalten des Bosses sehr entäuscht.Nach der ersten nacht teilte er uns mit, dass wir aufgrund der internetreservierung in das gegenüberliegende gebäude ziehen müssten.vom standard war das viel schlechter.wir hatten dort auch die erste nacht kein heißes wasser und auch in den folgenden nicht genügend um zu duschen.am abend als wir kein warmwasser hatten, haben wir ständig jemand versucht zu erreichen, aber ohne erfolg, da das hotel abends und nachts nicht besetzt ist.als entschädigung wurde uns eine private bootsfahrt auf die nachbarsinsel zugesichert, die sich als werbefahrt entpuppt hat (wo wir gedrängt wurden etwas zu kaufen) und wir die rückreisekosten von der insel selbst übernehmen mussten.dies wurde vorher nie erwähnt. war zum glück alles andere super, aber vom hotel bin ich entäuscht.

Ein echter Geheimtipp! Saubere Zimmer, saubere Bäder - alles vor kurzem liebevoll restauriert. Kleiner Frühstücksraum, sehr familiär. Frühstück leider klein und typisch venezianisch - nur Süßes und geschmacklose Brötchen... Die Lage an der Rialto-Brücke könnte besser nicht sein. Ein perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Lovely old building convieniently locted 2 mins walk from the vaporetto stop. Very clean, and friendly staff. Room was surpisingly large for such an old building with bags of character, sloping floors and beams. We would definately go back again.

Incredible hostel! we had a fantastic stay, the staff is very friendly and the location great. and it was really very cheap for Carnaval-time! thanks a lot!

A great find, with just the right balance between comfort and economy. The rooms are pleasant and have real character. Location is very central, an interesting and lively area with some excellent restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we particularly appreciated the early breakfast on our final day.

I would recomend Residenza Laguna to everyone! Beautiful and clean rooms, very good breakfast and kind staff. The possition is also grate becouse it s really near the famous Rialto bridge. It s all made with lot s of stile;beautiful green walls of the room make an atmosfere very special.It s perfect place to stay especially if your going on a romantic trip in Venice :)

Great little hotel a few steps from the Rialto bridge. Friendly staff and a good size, very clean room. Excellent value for money.

I spend with my wife a few days in that Hotel. There was a very kind staff, very good food and a very good location (near to Rialto bridge and 9 minutes walk to San Marco). I recommend that Hotel to everyone!!!
