We established the property on 1st January 2014, taking over a rather broken down business. We have completed our first year and learned lots and lots.
Customer service is our main priority. Our owner Lisa is usually around somewhere to chat to our customers. Laura the Manager is on four days of the week and all our other staff compliment the chattiness of these two.
We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service.

We have a 6 bed dorm with shared facilities. This has a bunkbed and four single beds in it.
We have a 10 bed dorm with 5 bunk beds which also shares a bathroom.
Then we have four 8 bed dorms with a mix of bunks and singles all with their own private facilities.
We provide all linen for you, but remember to bring a towel and your toiletries. However, if you forget your towel you can hire one from us.

In the reception area we have two sofas and a chair with a 48' TV for you to watch should the weather turn bad.
There are also sofas and a table and chairs in the basement kitchen area. You will also find games and books down here for your enjoyment.
Our WiFi is available throughout the building including the basement area.

Situated on Queen Street in the centre of the city. City Stay Edinburgh is in a terraced Georgian Townhouse overlooking Queen Street Gardens with views out over the new town to fife.
We are parallel to the famous George Street with many restaurants, bars and clubs. There is also Rose Street, with it's shops, bars and restaurants. A walk to Princes Street takes you to the main shopping area of the city centre. Here you will find Princes Street Gardens, a great place for views of Edinburgh
We offer a positive atmosphere coupled with customer service which is presently one of the highest rated in Edinburgh. We don't have a bar on the premises but there is one right next door.
