You can take the train from the airport to Stació de Sants and there you can take metro from 'Stació de Sants' to 'Verdaguer' station (line 5)
If you arrive to 'laza Catalunya' and you don't want to walk most buses arrive to Diagonal and you can also take the metro.
If you arrive to Estació del Nord, bus number 55 is the best option.
B&B Go Barcelona don't have any label at the front door but Diagonal street is probably the most important street in Barcelona and the number of the street is very clear.
