Our TSH Campus property located in the fashionable district of Poble Sec, popular for its thriving cultural and arts scene (and some pretty spectacular tapas, too). Inside our student-only residence, you’ll find a melting pot community brimming over with energy and excitement. Chill out in our designer communal space, game room and study areas, or lounge by the rooftop pool and make a chance connection

Accommodation
We offer modern rooms with lightning-fast wifi and other great features. Get your day started with a healthy breakfast, for example, or take a jump in our outdoor swimming pool. (this will be updated).

Surroundings
Live in the very center of the city 50 meters away from the Poble Sec metro station with a direct route (L3) to the Zona Universitaria. Playa Catalunya and Las Ramblas are three metro stops away, but there is plenty to discover along the stretch of Avinguda Para·lel, right outside our door.

Alte costuri: Each Resident is responsible for the use of his/her own key for the room. The key is personal and non-transferable. Lost keys: - The Resident must advise the Owner immediately. - The cost of a new key must be covered by the Resident. - The Owner shall not be held responsible for any loss, unintentional breakage or theft of keys. The key will be returned to the Owner at the end of the Resident’s stay. If it is not returned, the Resident will be charged accordingly..

Eventuale anulări sunt gratuite dacă sunt notificate cu cel puțin 24 de ore înainte de data sosirii. Pentru anulări târzii sau în caz de neprezentare structura își rezervă dreptul de a încasa costul primei noapți de cazare ca penalizare.

TSH Campus Poble Sec is a student accommodation open only to the academic community. Please note that the residence is open to the university community, including students, professors, researchers, administrative staff, etc, all year round.
