I arrived after a long flight with no sleeping at all . The receptionist told told me to store my stuff and kicked me out of the hostel . She said come back at 2 Pm only .
I told her I just want to Log in the WiFi talk with my family and relax a little bit and she gave me 5 minutes to do so. She said after 5 minutes she come and tell me I need to leave immediately.
When I wanted to take something from my bag she said at first I can’t go back because check in is only at 2 PM . Very bad first impression .

The hostel was really a great choice for our stay in Madrid, especially for its position and cleanliness. Also the staff was really kind and helpful, even if they didn't speak english very well.

Naturalmente non è un posto di lusso ma per la cifra che si spende si merita un bel 10. Ogni giorno puliscono le stanze, lo staff è molto disponibile e cortese, la posizione è in un posto strategico. Direi che ha tutto il necessario per far venire la voglia di tornarci.

la posizione è ottima sia per visitare la città che per divertirsi la sera, la pulizia anche è buona.perfetto rapporto qualità/prezzo.l'unica cosa è che la terrazza la cucina e il salotto vengono chiusi alle 11 di sera e dopo non ci sono spazi comuni in cui appoggiarsi.

Certains employés sont très accueillants et sont à notre disposition, d'autres aux contraires, n'ont aucune manière, voire bêtes. La terrsaase qui ferme à onze heure, même juste pour s'Asseoir à l'extérieur est inutile. Il y avait des bris dans la chambre, mais ils ont été réparés pendant mon séjour.

Es gibt in dem Hostel keine Klimaanlage und kann daher sehr stickig werden im Hostel. Die Toilette im Zimmer ist nicht ein eigentsändiges Zimmer sondern nur eine Trennwand so dass alle Geräusche wahrgenommen werden.

Excelente localização para quem vai a Madri, ao lado da Puerta del Sol. Os quartos não são lá essas coisas, mas nada que impeça a hospedagem. O atendimento do staff é muito bom. Ótimo custo-benefício.

The hostel is perfect and very clean. There is a strange neighbour who doesn´t want anybody to be on the beautiful terrasse after 11 p.m. But the strangest person was the italian femaie recepcionist with dictatorial character. She was awful. The owners were very nice and all the others too ... but she, wow ... very very strange

En el mejor lugar de Madrid, Puerta del Sol desde podés ir caminando a varios sitios de interés de la ciudad.Lo pasamos genial y lo recomendamos sin duda!

Nuevo Hostal con gente muy maja. No pude conectar el movil con la red wifi pero tampoco insistí demasiado.Sitio muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar.
