Hostal Abadia Madrid

La ubicación es perfecta y la distribución del hostel es ideal para ir un grupo de cuatro o cinco personas. El único problema es la cocina si quieres hacer un uso regular de ella, pues es un poco pequeña y si coincides con otros huespedes no hay espacio suficiente para comer ahi.

Fuimos un grupo de 9 personas y la estancia fue excelente, esta todo cerca no cogimos el coche para nada y la relación calidad precio es inmejorable.

Uitstekende hostel. Absoluut niets op aan te merken, veruit het beste in zijn branche dat ik al heb meegemaakt. De gegeven scores spreken voor zich me dunkt :-)

The hostel is in a very strategic position. From here you reach by foot all the main places to visit (museo del Prado, Reina Sofia, Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor...) . Very interesting the activities organized by the hostel! Recommend!

Très bonne adresse, très bien situé et bon rapport qualité prix. Bien équipé, personnel agréable !

Bonne auberge de jeunesse avec un bon emplacement dans Madrid et un bon rapport qualité/prix. Il est dommage que la douche des femmes et la vaisselle ne soient pas toujours propre.

Es altamente recomendable (sobre todo por su precio)Está muy bueno. Es limpio y ordenado. Pero hay que destacar dos cuestiones: No queda a 600 metros de Puerta de Atocha como dice su página (es más del doble) y la atención del personal es dispar, en recepción hay algunos que te atienden de 10 y otros con mucha mala onda.

Perfect location! it's in the city centre so it's close to most of the places worth seeing. We booked 2 rooms with common bathroom, instead we were given one room with common and one with private bathroom for the same price :). There are rooms that look as recently renovated and these have excellent standard :) the bigger rooms generally have worse conditions but still this place is worth to be chosen to stay while coming to Madrid. Additionally, there are no problems with checking in very late in te evening and no extra fees for storing the luggage after checking out.

Clean and fairly quiet hostel. Not much partying but good for me traveling with 3 teenage kids.

ottima la pulizia, la sicurezza e la disponibilità del personale. la cucina si può usare ma non è molto fornita di stoviglie. posizione centralissima per girare a piedi, cmq ben collegata e vicina alla metro. consigliato!

We stayed there with our students AND we are really satisfied with the locatıon, cleanliness and the rooms.You can stay cheaper there with the luxuary of a hotel.If I go to Madrid again I prefer to stay there.

Le guide du walking tour(pablo) a été tres interessant et tient a coeur son travail. La propreté de la residence ne pouvait pas etre mieux pour un prix si bas. Et c'est formidable d'etre a 10 minutes de marche des trois musées pricipaux et de la puerta del sol.Peu bruyant aussi.

They gave a better room than what I had booked, with private bathroom top quality! Very nice and clean. One of the best nights of my life spent doing a Pub Crawl through there! 5 stars

A localização é execelente, 5mn a pé da Puerta del SOl e Plaza de Espana e 10mn da estação Atocha.

A cozinha é muito pequena e estava sempre lotada. Apenas um frigorífico para todos os hospedes.

Very good. I would like some extra attention for Antonio, if he is leading the pub crawl, you should join for sure! Furthermore the hostel is clean, also the kitchen. I would recommend this hostel to all STUDENTS.

Genial! Nos dieron una habitación increíble en otro de sus hostales (hostal Cervelo) muy cerca de este. La mayoría del personal es muy amable y atento. Hicimos el free walking tour con ellos y estuvo muy bien. Definitivamente volvería!

è un posto molto accogliente, con il personale simpatico e disponibile, l'ostello è ben collegato, è quasi nel centro ed è molto comodo muovoersi anche a piedi. le camere sono sempre pulite e l'ambiente è molto tranquillo e si riposa in pace.

the hostel is nice and confortable.there's just one bathroom per sex with 2showers.the receptionist speak spanish and a lil bit of english.the position is perfect and the rooms are cleaned every morning. if you want to visit madrid for 3/4 days this hostel is perfect!

Fiquei mt surpreendida quando cheguei ao hostel. A localização é ideal tendo em conta que tive supermercados ao redor e tb encontra-se ao pé de todos os pontos principais de visita. Os funcionários são espectaculares, o HOSTEL LUIS VELEZ é um sitio ideal para convívio entre jovens . Enfim adorei

Adorei o hostel, visitei 3 paises na europa, e a hospedagem que mais me agradou foi do hostel luiz velez, é próximo de tudo, inclusive da estaçao de metro, que para nós foi o ponto mais positivo, é tudo muito limpo e organizado, me surpreendeu demais.. =)

Excellent location, great rooms! The rooms are cleaned daily, you get free towels. The staff doesn't speak English, but they generally understand what you mean. The activities are organised by an outside party, who sometimes fails to show up. Overall, a great place to stay in if you want to see Madrid.

Had a really great stay! Me and my friend initially had a room without a bathroom but we had the change to change and it sure was worth it! The bathroom like the rest of the room was very clean, modern and nice, absolutely of a hotel standard. The staff were helpful and answered all our questions, also provided us with a really good map! Only minus I would give was the noise: not from the street but from the other rooms. This wasn't so much of a partying trip for me and my friend so we found it really annoying to hear people talking loudly till 5am. Other than that, a great experience, definitely recommend this place!!

We stayed in hostel luis velez for 3 nights and it was great. The hostel has a perfect location, the room was nice and they have a friendly and helpful staff

Hostel is ultra clean, very well located, and the staff is truly helpfull. Actually got a better room thatn the one I booked! The kitchen provides some interactions among hostel goers, but it lacks a real common room.

Nous avons été agréablement surprises par la qualité de la chambre. De plus nos lits ont été fait et les linges ont été changé. Par contre les murs sont très fin et on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Bonne relation qualité prix!

Students Hostel Luis Velez was the best hostel I have ever been to! There were activities planned almost every day and night if you wanted to participate, including a tapas tour, pub crawl, and 3 hour walking tour. The hostel was very clean and kind of luxurious. I stayed in a private 2 bed room, which had its own bathroom including a shower and a heated towel rack! The rooms are locked and can only be opened with a key card. The hostel is right in the middle of Madrid, such a great location! It is within walking distance of either side, near the palacio o Parque del Retiro. I highly recommend this hostel! The staff is great, especially Pablo the tour guide.

I stayed there for 2 nights and it was ok. The room clean,acceptable for what I paid. The location is good. What I didn't liked was the noise,it was impossible to sleep!!!!!!!!!
