About us
The guesthouse has three floors on which the rooms, the common area and the two terraces can be found.

We are characterized by the personal customer service that we give to our guests. In doing so we hope to inform them about the city and make their stay as nice as it possibly could be.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas except the two terraces on the second floor.

We have free Wi-Fi in the entire building. Touristic information of the city is available as well as tickets for flamencos

Accommodation
The recently refurbished rooms have Tapiflex beds and flame-retardant, anti-insect protected mattresses. We offer double and twin rooms, as well as single, triple, family (four-person) and group rooms of six individual beds. Five rooms have private bathrooms, and for the other fourteen rooms there are six shower-equipped communal bathrooms provided. Several rooms have air-conditioning at an additional cost

Services and activities
We are in the heart of the city, with larger streets and avenues of the city such as Menéndez Pelayo just round the corner, from which some of the main bus lines operate.
Coming from the airport the best way to get here would be by taking the EA (Airport Special) bus and getting off at Santa Justa train station or at Prado de San Sebastián, and then by making your way on foot, which would take about fifteen minutes from either stop. A few minutes from the guesthouse you can find the San Esteban

Surroundings
We are in the center, in the heart of the Jewish Quarter of the city, two minutes from la Casa de Pilatos and five minutes away on foot from the cathedral, the Alcázar and other significant monuments. Among narrow streets and alleys you will be able to enjoy the finest that Seville has to offer.
Calle Vidrio runs parallel to Menéndez Pelayo, one of the main streets from which you can get the C3 and C4 buses, which can take you to the bus station in fifteen minutes.

Why should you stay with us
Taking the EA line (Airport Special) from the airport, get off at the train station and it will take you about fifteen minutes to get here on foot. From the train station head towards Calle San Esteban and on the second left you’ll find Calle Vidrio.

Coming from the airport with a vehicle you will need to take Avenida de Kansas City towards the intersection and take a right for Calle Luis Montoto, then follow the road until you reach Menéndez Pelayo. Then take a left, and after approximately

 

 

Termeni și condiții

Toate rezervările trebuie considerate ca preplătite cu suma de 100% din totalul cazării, sumă ce este nerambursabilă.
- the deposit is reimbursable, if the cancellation is done 30 days before the arrival.
- If the cancellation is with less than 30 days, there will be a charge of 100% of the reservation. Even though, there was already charged 50% of it.

SPECIAL PERIODS (bookings from 03/04/2020 to 12/04/2020 and from 24/04/2018 to 03/05/2020): 50% of the total amount will be charged approximately 60 days before arrival and 50% remaining at least 30 days prior to arrival. FREE CANCELLATION 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation / modification after the deadline or not presented will have as expense the total of the reservation.

In non-refundable rates, the total of the reservation will be charged at the time of the reservation and will not be refundable or modifiable.
If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival the deposit charged is refundable
