Guest house is located 15 minutes walk from downtown, near the Polytechnic University in a quiet and cozy corner of the city. Walking to the center our guests can enjoy the freshness and beauty of the Ivan Franco park , which is also very close to the Guest house.

Guest house includes three bedrooms, kitchen and two bathrooms. The original planning and design provide guests with an old feeling of home warmth and comfort.
Our staff, service and friendly atmosphere will feel like part of a larger viv family.

We don`t have 24 hour reception,we check in from 12 p.m .till 9 p.m. if you have a question, please,contact us in advance.
