Strawberry Hostel Salzburg

direi proprio spartano. Siamo rimasti colpiti dal fatto che non vi erano le asciugamani e i cuscini praticamente inesistenti.

Me ha parecido un hostal muy bueno y recomendable para otros viajeros, ya que las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, luminosas y limpias. Es un hostal muy bién cuidado y acogedor. Además te dan la posibilidad de hacerte la comida en una cocina que hay habilitada, y te dejan conectar a internet gratis.

Huone oli tylsähkö ja kolkko, seinät likaiset. Kylpyhuoneessa oli pinttynyttä likaa, sen käyttö vähän inhotti. Aamupala oli todella hyvä ja aamupalasali kodikas ja tilava. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen. Hostellista sai hyvin tietoa Salzburgin nähtävyyksistä ja kiertoajeluita oli mahdollisuus varata vastaanotosta. Kaksi ilmaista tietokonetta internetin käyttämiseen oli hyvä. Hostellihuoneesta oli kauniit näköalat joelle ja keskustaan oli lyhyt kävelymatka.

Was a great short holiday, we don't partecipate to the live of the Strawberry Hostel but we take a look around so, the opinion is that is well keeped and managed. Congratulation and special hellos to evryone.

Ricorda molto un ostello universitario, staff giovane, gentile e simpatico. Gli ambienti sono un po'anonimi, ma dal di fuori è molto caratteristico, la posizione non è centralissima ma consente una bella passeggiata lungo il fiume per arrivare in centro. Pulizia standard. Ho abbassato il voto allo staff perchè la colazione è a pagamento e a parte

Schön wäre es wenn mann wie in anderen Hostels Handtücher gegen Pfand erhalten würde. Bad hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.Sonst alles O.K.

There were no towels and no access to wifi point from the room.

A little far from the Hbf if you have big packages. It's not a convenient issue to have only one room key. Also, better include breakfast with this cost. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

i booked a four-bedded roomm (2 adults + 2 children). everything clean and quiete. breakfast for 3.80 euro ok. a nice stroll along the river and you are in the old city.

great value for money

very nice and clean rooms...also very good for studies or conference preparations ;-)

The Staff was very helpful, we had taken a private room which was very clean. There was table tennis and Internet for free, and unlimited use (that also meant a long wait for using it). The breakfast was for 3.8 EURO but was worth it with coffee/tea/juice/hot choc for drinks. There was also yogurt, milk with cornflakes. Salami and grapefruit and bread/buns with cheese/butter and jam.

We stayed just one night, the hostel was next to the Salz river and a peaceful place. For me the Internet access was important and a big bonus since i wasn't sure about net access before booking. We needed our booking day adjusted since we booked via the Internet from Rome, and there was a problem in the dates but the Staff helped in making the adjustments.
