It is a modern house, built in 1998 and completely renovated in 2016. Optimal state of conservation and quiet environment. The common areas are composed of a sunny terrace of 48 square meters, another covered terrace of 42 square meters with excellent furniture and decorated with ornamental plants, a corridor of access to the rooms of 17 square meters decorated with orchids, a restaurant with two wooden tables and 8 chairs, a kitchen with all the equipment and utensils that allow the hosts to prepare the dinners and breakfasts of the guests.
