このcasaのご主人のラファエロには大変良くしていただきました！そのご家族のみなさんも大変親切でした。
casaの中は清潔でした。フリーWi-Fiが使えてとても便利でした。寝室だけでなくリビングなど広々使えました。
奥さんのマリアが入れてくれる美味しいコーヒーも嬉しかったです。
行きたいスポットは少し歩きますが、ほぼ全て徒歩圏内でした。
ご主人のラファエロに私たちの要望を相談すると全て手配してくださいました。
帰りの空港までのタクシーの手配を始め、ビニャーレス渓谷観光へのタクシーの手配をしてくれました。ビニャーレスのプライベートツアーに入るよりも安く、一日そのタクシーで楽しく回れることができました。
ナイトショーのトロピナーナへは行き帰りのタクシーを手配してくれました。
トリニダーという町へは安く行きたい旨を伝えると乗合いタクシーの手配をしてくださいました。
おすすめのレストランを教えていただき、行くとロブスターなどのとてもおいしい料理をリーズナブルにいただくことができました。
この価格でこのcasaはとてもおすすめです！
またハバナ滞在の機会には絶対ここに泊まります。

We had a great stay with Rafael and his wife! They both made sure we were having a good time, the apartment was very clean, it had all we needed. It's located in central Havana which is aprx 15min walking from old Havana which is great because their is less tourist and it's more authentic.

Very nice host in the Casa. Rafael speaks very good English and is very helpful. The breakfast was very good and more than enough. You do not only have a single room, you also have a living room, a kitchen and bathroom. Furthermore you can use the terrace on the third floor with a nice view over La Habana. Rafael is also very helpful in calling for example a taxi. It was always on time.

We had the best time ever in Casa Botello!! We were staying in the apartment, not the bedroom, and we would suggest to do the same. There is a wonderful roof terrace with great view. Centro Habana was by far our favorite neighborhood in the city, and the casa, few steps from the Malecon is right in the middle of it. You can walk to Vedado or Vieja in 15 min. Rafael is very helpful and an awesome host! 5 stars ***** Francesco & Karolina

Great location within walking distance to Habana vieja (i.e. Capitol ca. 15 min) or to Vedado (i.e. Hotel nacional ca. 20 min). Rafael, the host, is a really nice guy, speaks some English and can help arranging transport (bus tickts, taxis..) There is also a rooftop terrace and breakfast for 5 CUC is great value (lots of fruit, eggs, bread, coffee). Would go back there next time!

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis der Unterkunft ist absolut super und der Vermieter war uns eine große Hilfe bzgl. Reiseplanung, Tipps, weitere Unterkünfte etc... Das Frühstück hier war eines der Besten die wir in Kuba bekommen haben. Absolut empfehlenswert, sofern man sich keinen hohen Standard erwartet.
Negativ: Klimaanlage war relativ laut

Rafael und seine Frau sind sehr nette und freundliche Leute, das Frühstück wurde mit liebe frisch und bunt zubereitet. Die Wendeltreppe in den 3.Stock wo die Zimmer sind ist nichts für Höhenangst. Zimmer sauber und gut.

Very nice people. Room is close to all the main squares and restaurants. Clean room and a nice breakfast. It has very steep stairs, so not recommended for people who have any disabilities.
