About us
This property was built in the earlies 1950. As an aparment building for housing. An adult complex live there and they are the staff. This is a very quiet and familiar place. There is only one room with all accommodation for rental. It is a very safe place, protected by surveillance cameras.
Accommodation
There are 3 bedrooms in the property but one of them is private for rental with all the accommodation including its own bathroom and balcony. It is provided with linen, air conditioning, fridge, hot and cold water.

In the common areas the clients can use the kitchen, the living room, the balcony and the living groom. Available service are Internet connection, breakfast and laundry.

There are many interesting places around like the President Hotel, Malecón promenade with a marvelous seaview. Many luxury restaurants and clubs are nearly. Clients may rich downtown on foot and easy access to transportation to any place in Havana.
