Our Cyprus Villa Holiday offers a friendly village community atmosphere just a short distance from beaches and a variety of leisure activities.

We are centrally located for the whole island of Cyprus and ideal as a base if you like exploring! Our traditional stone built family house in Kalavasos village, in Larnaca district of Cyprus is about half way between Limassol and Larnaca. We are very near Zigy and Zigy Marina with its popular fish tavern and Governors beach with its secluded beaches and restaurants. We are very near most major towns on the island.


The house is very near the village square and all amenities. Kontoyiannis house has its own secluded courtyard offering peace and privacy to its occupants - each apartment has its own private patio or balcony. There is a barbecue area and traditional Cypriot oven in the courtyard available for all guests.

Kalavasos is a short 5 minute drive to Zigi Marina and 7 minutes to the popular but secluded Governors beach with wonderful local restaurants.

Also located in the village are numerous restaurants and outdoor eating places.

Kalavasos also has its very own wellness center at the Library Hotel which is just off the village square, where our guests can go and pamper themselves at discount prices! Enjoy the ambience of a traditional Cyprus Villa in a friendly village community while still being just a short five minutes from secluded 'Governors Beach' with its restaurants and fish taverns. Zigi Marina and fishing village is just a short 5 minutes’ drive from the house and has some great fish Tavernas! Each apartment has its own private seating area.

One apartment x 2 bedrooms (4 beds - sleeps 7-8 extra)

Each apartment can accommodate

2 - 3 extra people in the living area.

Free Wi-Fi access available in the whole house.

All apartments have a combined lounge/kitchen, patio or balcony

TV, air conditioning and central heating making our apartments suitable for both summer and winter holidays.
