About the property
When I visited Sanaa in Yemen years ago, I thought that if I ever had a business I would call it SANA because it has all the letters for Sharon Ann Nickerson and Associates. SANA I found out later comes from the Spanish word sanar, "to heal." El Jardin Secreto is The Secret Garden in English comes the story with the same name. SANA was a barren piece of property but with a beautiful mango tree and a eugero tree. Over the 30 years, all the flowers, and fruit trees were planted.

Accommodation
SANA The Guest House: Has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, can sleep 10 people. Second floor, Master bedroom has queen bed, ensuite bathroom/AC/Fan/TV/radio/access to the balcony and double hammock. Main floor 2 bedrooms/ 2 set of bunk beds in each room/fans/shared bathroom/fully equipped kitchen/living room with TV.
All have free wifi/solar hot water/cable TV/laundry room/access to a BarBQ/fugon for Noemi to prepare Sancocho for the guests

Common areas, servicies and activities
Basketball/volley ball/ badminton/dominoes/checkers and other board games
Hammocks and many garden paths to stroll. Feel free to enjoy any fruit you find in season.

Surroundings
You can walk up to the main road of 27 de Febreo to catch public transportation or we can call a taxi or rent a car and driver.
We are a country house 15 minutes to the Monument de Los Heros in Santiago. 15 minutes to the airport via the circumnavigation Norte.
There is food delivery such as pizza available.

Conclusion
SANA is a tropical garden retreat with locked gate. Jeudi our house sitter lives on the property and sleeps at the back of the house. There is an intercom at the gate and a bell to ring upon arrival. It take s a few minutes to walk up to the gate to open it.

All guests will have a key to the gate. We request that it be kept closed to keep the dog on the property.
There is no service charge, however, if you want your room cleaned please tell Noemi and she will be happy to, and you can compensate her directly, as well as if you want her to cook for you. She will not enter your room without permission.
