Hipotel Paris Belleville

Do not expect too much. It is great location, just around the corner from metro station. The sheets and towels are clean. Beds are hardly double, maybe 1and1/2 bed. We had four rooms, one had leeking toilet and not really nice shower. Two of the had windows to the street, which was extramlly noisy at the night, so if you can choose take the room with window to the "garden". More than garden it is a courtyard with several banches and a lot of trushy stuff comming from renovation (old toilets and sinks. Renovation is not completed yet, it looks like only block C is renovated the others are not. Shared showers are horrible! Also this part of town dosn´t look very secure in the night - so be aware!

The hotel is good if you're the whole day in Paris... Good location. Be carefull with parking your car in the street with your lugage. They broke in to my car at night. The staff didn't warn me about parking the car in the street!

hotel nie jest ekskluzywny,ale tani jak na paryskie warunki.jeszcze częściowo w remoncie (!) w trakcie naszego pobytu (lipiec 2009).z dala od centrum, co ma jeden duży plus: cisza w nocy.dojazd do centrum bez problemu (metro).ogólnie ok.

LA ZONA ES MEDIO FEILLA PERO EL HOSTEL ESTA MUY BIEN

Ett helt ok hotell för det priset, även om sängen var något för liten för två personer och det hade varit trevligare med en dörr till badrummet. Det lilla caféet bredvid hotellet hade dock erbjöd dock en underbar frukost!

Unser Doppelzimmer im Erdgeschoss war etwas klein und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein Bett (ca. 110x200), ein kleiner Tisch mit Stuhl. Ein klappriges etwas dreckiges Regal. Das "Bad" war mit Vorhang abgetrennt. Die Dusche war stark schimmelig, das Waschbecken war sauber. Die Toilette war der Hit. Wenn man spült, läuft die Kloschüssel mit Wasser voll und fließt dann sehr langsam ab, dauert ca. 10 Minuten. Viel bringen tut es allerdings nicht. Dazu kommt noch, dass man das benutzte Klopapier NICHT mit hinunterspülen darf. Man muss es in den danebenstehenden Mülleimer werfen. (Bei dem dabei entstehenden Geruch möchte ich nochmal an den Vorhang erinnern, der das Bad vom "Wohnraum" abtrennt...

Ein kleines Fenster zur gegenüber liegenden Küche gibt es auch. Allerdings können die Köche ins Zimmer schauen, also am besten Vorhang zu lassen. Die Bettwäsche war sauber. Unter die Matratze haben wir (nachdem wir das Bad gesehen haben) nicht geschaut.

Fazit: Für Kurzurlauber, denen nicht viel am Zimmer und an Sauberkeit liegt, ist es durchaus empfehlenswert. Für alle anderen nicht.
