CANCELLATION POLICY: IMPORTANT! DURING THE FAIR: 1.The cancellation or modification of reservations during the fair is free of charge if it is done 60 days before the arrival date. 2.The hotel charges 100% of the room price for the entire stay for late cancellations, no-show or reduce of overnight number. REMAINING TIME (NO FAIR): 1.The cancellation of reservations is free of charge if it is done at least 72 hours before the arrival date. 2.The hotel charges 100% of the room price for the first day for late cancellation or no-show. PLEASE NOTE: -- For reservations with a minimum stay we will charge the full booking. -- For the shortening of stay, you pay for the entire booked period. * We recommend you to get a travel insurance. Payments by credit card will be charged 3% of sum (credit card fee). We accept the following payments: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, EC and cash (excluding 3%). Other credit cards on demand. Cost transfer is possible 10 days in advance.
