LUCA IS A GREAT, HELPFUL AND KIND GUY. WE GIVE IN ALL 100 POINTS BECAUSE ALL WAS PERFECT. THE ATMOSPHERE IS GREAT AND YOU ARE REALLY BEST LOCATED. IF WE GO TO SARDINIA WE VISIT THE PLACE AGAIN.

Excellent B&B. accueil chaleureux de Luca, le patron très sympathique, qui vous donne de très bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est composé de produits faits maison. Situé en plein centre historique de Cagliari. Bref, une adresse à recommander à 100%

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Lucas, un hôte super sympa, ouvert et décontracté... en plus, parlant 4 ou 5 langues aisément.
La chambre était charmante et l'emplacement de l'hotel royal.
C'est définitivement un très bon endroit pour un couple de jeunes.

Este hostal es en realidad un piso de un Italiano muy simpático, que tiene varias habitacíones. La estética está genial, lo tiene muy bien decorado, rollo hippie. El desayuno se sirve en la habitación con un carrito, porque no tienen comedor lo cual le da también su punto. El dueño habla español y da muchas facilidades. Lo recomiendo.

Our room was rather small and the toilet/bathroom was down the corridor.
Breakfast was great and Luca, who runs the place extremely friendly and helpful (he speaks good english).

Un maravilla! Luca, es un encanto, muy atento y amable.

Fantastic location, great hospitality from Lucca who was so helpful. The room we had was a bit small, but the en suite rooms looked really nice for a few euros more. Overall, a great break.
