The place was good and clean. It's close to the train station but it's northern Italy so it's not going to be dirty outside like everywhere else in Rome. The actual place was clean the staff was very helpful and friendly. I think I paid a bit too much because any places similar are closer to the 20 not so much the high 20's.

We were very pleased with our hostel. The manager was extremely helpful. The room was clean and spacious and we were pleasantly surprised that we received breakfast in our room.

Al rondtrekkend met mijn vrienden hebben we een nacht verbleven in soggiorno madrid. Wat metteen opviel was de prachtige gevel en ook binnenin is het een zeer mooi gebouw. Met 4 was het wat krap om in de leefruimte rond te lopen en het ontbijt is ook beperkt. De slaapkamer daarentegen was meer dan groot genoeg! De kamer en de badkamer waren zeer proper. Ook het personeel was heel vriendelijk, hij hielp ons met het vinden van bezienswaardigheden en toen mijn vriendin zich bezeerde ook met het vinden van een ziekenhuis. Het is wel even wandelen tot het centrum van florence, maar er rijdt een bus voor wie dat liever niet doet. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen, maar misschien niet met 4 personen.

Todo muy bien. El cuarto estaba limpio y bien decorado. El personal es muy amable y esta dispuesto a ayudar a orientarse en la ciudad. Excelente servicio.

Very Clean and tidy - Just like a good Hotel - Room Great - Maria was very helpful gave us a map and guided us. A very good restaurant nearby called S. Jacopino - Highly Recomended.

Lo que más me gusto de este hotel fué la limpieza y la decoración. Es un hotel muy acojedor, suelo de parque, baño super nuevo y limpio, calefacción... El personal es agradable, no te ponen ningún tipo de problema a nada. Es céntrico aunque para llegar al casco antiguo hay que caminar un ratito pero me imagino que habrán autobuses que te acerquen. Yo tenía un coche alquilado para trasladarme de los aeropuertos y circular por allí, aunque dentro del casco antiguo no pueden circular coches. Lo aconsejo totalmente.

Un ostello vicino alla stazione centrale di Firenze, pulitissimo, con TV in camera e accesso Internet gratis, con uno staff cordiale e disponibile... che c'è di meglio?

Un hotel pas trop loin à pied du centre historique. Parfois circulation un peu bruyante. Possibilité de se garer dans les rues adjacentes. Chambre propre, agréable, relativement spacieuse, salle de bain luxueuse. Personel sérieux. Bon accueil.

Great place to stay if you like a clean and quiet place to stay. The staff was very friendly. The location is close to the train station, but just outside of the city center. Buses were nearby.

We really enjoyed this place -- super clean, spacious, comfortable, internet. the people were really nice. (try the trattoria just around the corner -- one of our favorite places to eat in florence!) will definitely come back!

Excellent choice, rooms are 3 star quality, hotel seems brand new and is very comfortable and quiet. Even if there is no view from the rooms, the most important is its cleanness and confort (After a day walking in the city is extremely important!). We are more than satisfied with this hotel.
