I was very happy with the hotel, the staff speaks great English and there were no problems at all. Its clean, 5 min to the Tower, great!

The reception only opened until 12 midnight which had caused a huge trouble to me. I was given a double bedroom on fourth floor and unfortunately the only ceiling fan in the room was broken down at around 12.10am. The room was extremely stuffy and hot. I made emergency call to seek for help from the staff and I was given the answer that I had to solve the problem on my own. The service of the hotel was horrible.
I was even blamed by the staff that I should not make complaint about this issue against them even though I had changed to another room successfully in the end.
The professionalism of the staff in this hotel is terrible. Never ever stay here again!!!!

Es una pensión antigua, pero està en perfectas condiciones, y la atención por parte del personal fué estupenda. Al girar la esquina te encuentras con la torre. El único inconveniente es que me bloquearon una cantidad de dinero en la tarjeta sin previo aviso, y tuve que averiguar por mi cuenta quién y porqué me había bloqueado el dinero. Una semana después de regresar de mi viaje me lo han devuelto. Pese a esto yo regresaría.

tutto perfetto, ottimo prezzo e stanze molto accoglienti. forse pecca un po' il riscaldamento: la prima notte abbiamo patito il freddo ma poi due coperte hanno risolto il problema per quella successiva!

It's an excellent guesthouse if you are here to visit the historical sites. It's only a 3 mins walk to the leaning tower. The shopping belt is accessible by bus. The only setback is the steep stairs which is very common in Italy if you are not staying in a 4 star hotel. It's a good stay for young to middle age travellers.

Buen sitio para dormir por un precio razonable. Aunque el cuarto de baño era compartido, siempre lo encontramos limpio, no sé si porque los clientes éramos limpios o porque el servicio de limpieza era eficaz.

Very nice clean and big room, near the Tower =) only to noisy in the morning =) and there was no toilet paper in the toilet =)
