This hotel was amazing! The owners, Massimo and Yana, are really friendly and they give a lot of information about Pisa and the nearby cities and sights. We were going to Cinque Terre from Pisa and they printed us some information about the villages and a map. The hotel is very clean and peaceful, and it's in a nice neighbourhood 5 minute walk from the leaning tower. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Położony bardzo blisko centrum oraz Krzywej Wieży. W nocy cicho. Jedynym problemem była jedna jedyna łazienka z ciągłą kolejką do niej. Jednakże ogólnie było okej. Jeśli nie oczekujesz luksusów to polecam.

Nice & comfortable place near to city center.

Hosts are very kind & helpful.

Soggiorno molto piacevole.Camere in ordine e la pulizia ottima.La cortesia del proprietario è stata perfetta e ci ha permesso anche di girare bene la città con le sue indicazioni.Raccomandato per ogni tipo di soggiorno sia breve che lungo.E soprattutto posizione ottima.

The nicest staff ever, with great recommendations for eating and info on Pisa. Location is 30 min by foot from the central train station, but very close to the leaning tower. Nice rooms.

Estuvimos por una noche, nos costo un poco encontrararlo porque llegamos de noche y el numero de la calle no estaba bien colocado, pero una vez que lo encontramos muy facil de llegar y muy cerca de la torre y lugares de interes. El lugar muy limpio y la chica que nos recibio muy simpatica.

Świetna lokalizacja, 5 minut do Krzywej wieży, obok mieszkania przystanek autobusowy, którym można dojechać do dworca kolejowego i autobusowego.Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa!! Polecam!!

It was very nice place, hosts were hospitably and gave us so much information. The only one minus were, no kitchen. I would recommend that place.

Gorąco polecam !!!Pokoje może nie są nowoczesne, ale przynajmniej jest to jedno z tańszych miejsc w Pizie! dosłownie 5 minute drogi od Krzywej Wieży. Czysto, schludnie, sa wiatraki w każdym pokoju:D Właściciele PRZEsymaptyczni!!! bardzoo pomocni i życzliwi! :) super! ja byłam zachwycona:)

Es el lugar ideal para después de pasarte todo el día caminando y visitando, llegas y tienes un lugar tranquilo, limpio, cómodo y con wifi donde descansar. Muy cerca de la torre de pisa, con parada de bus a media manzana. Ambiente muy tranquilo y relajado. Muy buena opción y muy económica teniendo en cuenta cómo se ha puesto de caro italia!

This was an awesome hostel to stay in. It is just down the street from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and a main city area. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well as the room.

The staff was there to greet us on time and was very accommodating.

Bardzo fajne miejsce, duże czyste pokoje w spokojnej okolicy. Łazienka pomimo że jest współdzielona także jest zawsze czysta i zadbana. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, nie jest to co prawda centrum miasta, ale do wieży jest bardzo blisko, a w nocy nie ma hałasu. Właściciele są bardzo mili i chętnie wytłumaczą jak dojść w różne miejsca, jakimi autobusami jeździć. Można korzystać z wifi. Jeśli wybiorę się kolejny raz do Pizy na pewno tam się zatrzymam. Polecam :)

Los propietarios encantadores y la limpieza perfecta, un lugar muy cuidado.Nos sentimos muy bien.

We have visited this Hotel last year as part of a trip. I can only say best words about the hotel and the staff. The owner even managed to greatly exceed my expectations on litle extra I have asked him to do. The room was decorated with roses(including bed), and a wine bottle was ready. The room was nice, but the bathroom - that was one of the nicest bathrooms ever.

It was a little hard to find though, since there wasn't any sign as far as I remember. Still, I would gladly return here if I came back to Pisa sometime and can recommend it to anyone.

Hotel a 10 minutos de la torre, ideal para una noche de paso...El dueño del hotel es muy amable

Sauber, großes Zimmer, nettes Personal. Die Entfernungsangaben haben aber leider überhaupt nicht gepasst, vom Bahnhof aus ist auf jeden Fall der BUS zu empfehlen. Ansonsten alles ok.

Opinion tout à fait positive: bonne situation à quelques mètres de l'arrêt de bus et à quelques minutes du centre historique. Personnel disponible et accueillant.

The location of La Coccinella is perfect because on the one hand it is placed in a peaceful and silent neighborhood and on the other hand it is a good starting point for exploring the historic area of Pisa on foot, just in 5 minutes you can stand face to face with the Leaning Tower! The owner of the hostel is really friendly, helpful and able to solve any problem, such as the need of electric adapter plugs, etc. The rooms are spacious and arranged in a comfortable way with large windows and high ceilings. Although the bathroom is shared, it is bright, clean and equipped even in hairdryer. During our stay we didn’t come across the bathroom occupied by other guests so it didn’t cause any inconvenience for us. We exceptionally admired the idea of providing some books to each room and decorating the walls with the charming architectural drawings. We liked very much the feeling as if we were staying at a typical Italian home rather than in a hostel 

Nice quiet place!

Hotel was great, beds were comfy and you could practically see the tower from the hotel's view. The lady of the house doesn't speak ANY english though, so that was really a bummer, also because she couldn't give us any tips or advice and she had a lot to tell, but we couldn't understand a word. Other than that; great B&B, very clean and good location. 8/10

Situado muy cerca de la Torre Inclinada. Muy buena comunicación (la parada de autobús está justo delante). Baño enorme y limpio. Señora encantadora.

Friendly staff, very clean room and bathroom. It was weird that this bed and breakfast didn't have breakfast included though.

Gradevolissimo affittacamere! La Coccinella ci ha stupiti sembrando davvero una "seconda casa". Pulito, ordinato, silenzioso.

Il tocco di classe e' stato connotato dalla discreta e gentilissima presenza di Massimo, che ci ha saputo mettere a nostro agio essendo sempre pronto a qualsiasi evenienza.

Very nice place with friendly Massimo. Very close to Pisa Tower. There is a local shop few steps away.
