Bed and breakfast abbastanza facile da trovare,infatti, digitando l'indirizzo della struttura su Google maps compare il nome del b&b.

È situato al piano terra di un palazzo.

La mia camera era abbastanza spaziosa ma la TV non si vedeva e purtroppo non ho potuto chiedere, al ragazzo che era alla reception, quale fosse il motivo di tale disservizio perché, dopo le 23, i proprietari vanno via e non c'è vigilanza notturna.

La colazione è composta da 2 cornetti e 2 crostatine confezionate, il caffè e il latte non ci sono.

Nella stanza c'era uno scalda acqua elettrico non tenuto molto bene.

Nella reception è presente una macchinetta del caffè ma le cialde non c'erano quindi....inutilizzabile.

Colazione inesistente!!!!!!!

La cosa che però mi ha più colpito è che:

A fare il check-in insieme a me c'erano dei turisti giapponesi che volevano pagare con carta di credito.

Il proprietario gli ha chiesto di pagare in contanti (immaginate voi il motivo!!!!!!) ma la turista gli ha spiegato che gli unici soldi che le erano rimasti erano pound....ed indovinate?!?! Il proprietario le ha chiesto di farsi pagare in pound invece che in euro e senza fare il cambio, cioè, voleva farsi dare 60 pound (al cambio attuale circa 80 euro)invece di 60 euro!!!!

Roba da matti!!!!!

Se pernottate qui pagate con carta di credito o bancomat che sono tracciabili, NON pagate in contanti!!!!

Struttura consigliata soltanto a chi non trova altro nei paraggi non tanto per la struttura in se ma per la disonestà che ha dimostrato Fidel che, credo, sia il proprietario!!!!!

Beb economico e centrale. Non è un albergo a cinque stelle ovviamente ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo lo rende ideale per chi non ha troppe pretese! Gestito da una famiglia di nigeriani molto gentili e disponibili. Stanza e biancheria puliti, colazione discreta ( 2 merendine confine+ succo, the, caffè). Unica piccola pecca il bagno che andrebbe ristrutturato.

We stayed in Cristina's residence for almost a week and didn't spent much time in the room during the day. The room was clean enough, simple furnished, but offered everything we needed (even a boiler, instant coffee and a fridge). In the hall there's a microwave - very useful! The staff was friendly and helpful, but sometimes we had to call them - there is no permanent front desk.

A plus is the location (near the central train station).

Good location only 10 min walking to the Termini Station. Big room with own bathroom. Polite stuff

La struttura è composta da poche camere e la reception non è sempre presente. Il personale è molto gentile, al ritorno pioveva e il proprietario ci ha accompagnato in stazione. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, arredamento essenziale. Buono per backpackers e per chi si ferma pochi giorni in città e vuole soggiornare a poco più di 1 km dalla stazione Termini. Viene offerta una piccola colazione in camera.

Il residence è un piccolo posto molto accogliente in una posizione perfetta a mio parere. Si trova molto vicino alla stazione termini ma in una via molto tranquilla, vicino all'università, da cui il rumore del traffico non si sente assolutamente.la camera era semplice ma perfetta e perfettamente pulita. Per il prezzo pagato, il servizio è stato impeccabile. Le stanze vengono pulite a fondo ogni giorno e una piccola colazione viene portata direttamente in camera. Assolutamente consigliato. Anche lo staff è stato molto gentile.

The staff couple were nice and helpful. But they stayed in an apartment at the other end of the street. Available only through calling from your own phone. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Location was supposed to be good, in the University and Govt' offices area, but too quiet after dark.

El baño un poco descuidado en cuanto a la limpieza, por lo demás acorde al precio pagado, el personal muy amable,la dirección del albergo podría ser menos confusa.

Ci siamo trovati bene, i gestori del residence sono stati molto gentili posto molto pulito! Io ci tornerei!!

El único problema, fue que las camas están tan cómodas, que casi no me levanto. Lo recomiendo.

È facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione, molto pulito, economico, ideale per trascorrere un paio di notti a Roma! lo staff è piuttosto disponibile, decisamente soddisfatti!

Non badate ai feedback negativi: avete la massima libertà e ogni servizio di cui un traveler può avere bisogno al minimo della spesa (internet gratis, colazione, asciugamani e chiavi in mano senza coprifuoco). Lo staff è disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. E' stato un vero piacere pernottare qui.

I recomand this hostel for budget trips! It is close to the main atractions - 20 min walking to Colloseo, Fontana di Trevi..etc. The rooms are very nice, wery warm, clean and very confortable clothing bed. We also had a little breakfast even if it wasn't mentioned.

The staff was great, very frienly very helpful, you feel at home there.

This place has its pros & cons, let me start with the negative things we encountered:

a: It's virtually impossible to find this house since it's hidden in a 'Cul de sac' in a very quite street...there no signs or indication to guide you...we even used google map to pinpoint it, but no luck...passed by street numerous times, finally had to take a taxi &had to pay 5euros for less than a mile of distance...the notion of being 500meters from metro is false, it's a good 10-15 minutes walk from the metro exit & if you're carrying luggage like we did, it gets really annoying.

b: we were originally quoted & I have the confirmation by hostelclub.com indicating that we had to pay exactly 72euros, but the guy who received us, charged us 80euros--he said taxes???--why we were not informed by owner or hotelsclub.com that taxes were not included???

why then we had to pay 80euros???

c, the direction from airport is also incorrect...there is NO METRO from airport to central Rome...we had to take the train--we had to pay 11euros to get to tiburtino station & then another 3euros for metro tickets to get to termini station & then had to walk another 20 minutes to get to this place---they MUST correct the false information as far as direction to the place.

d, it's also false advertising that breakfast will be served in your room...we were given a couple of brochures to go to a shady bar few street down the road for a coffee & croissant...to make the matter worst, the folks at the bar were not too happy seeing us with brochure, so they just barely served us coffee--I asked for cafe Americano, but was given a tiny half filled cup of expresso & he just ignored us...finally we asked for our croissants...horrible experience, it just ruined our morning, we were looking forward to having breakfast at our room as promised, but obviously it was false advertising...

as for positive aspects, it's very clean & quite, but personally not worth going through all the hassles, not to mention the guy who received us had an attitude about him...he yelled at us when we couldn't find the switch to open the front door--since he never told us in the first place-- & he made a gesture with his hands--circling around his eyes-- as if telling us we were blinds which we found very unprofessional and offensive...if you can put up with all of that drama, then go for it, otherwise, keep looking for a better place...

Un lugar, muy limpio. La relacion con el personal es muy corta, pero bien. La habitacion era muy grande y hermosa igual el baño. La ubicacion no es la mejor, pero no esta mal. De la diversion no digo nada por que fui con mi vieja.

La habitacion e instalaciones muy buenas y limpias. La ubicacion, si bien no es mala, deberian poner un mapita online de como llegar. (es complicado). El que te recibe un Italiano que no habla ni español ni ingles, bastante amargo.

Bardzo przyzwoity i przytulny pokój z łazienka z duża kabiną prysznicową, trochę dawno remontowaną ale czystą ;)Ogrzewanie, klima wygodne łóżko, lodówka, tv, net, czajnik elektryczny w pokoju i ok. 5-8 min do stacji R. Termini i to za 3 noce za 108 euro! Wasa to małe okno i parter tak wiec zero widokow na Rzym, ale to mozna nadrobić widokami na miescie ;)

Tres bien pour le prix: propre, bien chauffe, tv avec arte, calme, menage journalier, centre ville accessible a pied, petit dejeuner simple a prendre dans un bar vers Termini avec un bon. On le recommande vivement.

Wonderful hotel. Purely neatly comfort and a great intimate atmosphere for those who like peace. Very close to Termini station and city center. highly recommended!

In Rome, watch out for street stalls. They cheat by issuing counterfeit (false) money

Tetszett a hely, a szobák tiszták voltak, az ágyak kényelmesek, a fürdőszoba tiszta. Tetszett, hogy a különleges kérésemet teljesítették.

Stayed at Cristina's for 5 nights with my sister. We had a privat room with bathroom. It was more like a hotel than a hostel. about 5min walk from the metro station from where u can get to all the big sights in rome. If we go back to rome we'll stay in Cristina's again!

Very nice spacious room in good location (close to metro) for convenient price. Double bed = two beds pushed together, a divan and a and a sofa, fridge, AC, TV, private bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet). A bit dark (room on the ground floor), window heading into the yard with pergola. Sometimes bit smelly (the staff smokes close to the window).

Close to train station, ten minutes walk, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Rooms huge, clean and comfortable. Breakfast served to your room in morning was a nice touch. Owner friendly, helpful. Would definitely stay here again, excellent value for money!

When I booked I didn't realize how close to the city we were. We were just a few steps away from the train station but were in a quiet little street. Staff was very nice and friendly.
