About us
DimAL Hostel Almaty was established in April 30, 2016.
DimAL Hostel Almaty is located in the very heart of Almaty city. Our address is Zholdasbekov street 9/2, 4th floor, Samal-1, Almaty city, Kazakhstan.
The hostel is situated on the 4th floor of a 16-teen storey building which is the residential part of the Eurasia mall. There are beauty shops, 2 cafés, one 24 hour restaurant, karaoke bar, ATMs, boutiques, pharmacy, dental clinics, educational center in the Eurasia mall.

Accommodation
There are 6 rooms for a total of 50 guests in the hostel, including: one 4-bed female room; one 4-bed male room; one 6-bed mix room; one 12-bed female room; one 12-bed male room and one 12-bed mix room. The hostel is equipped with 6 showers, free hairdryers, wardrobes inside shower rooms, 3 toilets (WC) with free toilet paper, liquid soap and paper towels available; two 4-bed dormitory rooms have sinks and mirrors; free metal lockers in the lobby area to store your valuables; fully equipped kitchen for a free public use; mini shop with household and food products; refrigerator with drinks; laundry; lobby with a cable TV. Upon detection of drugs and / or weapons: we report the police, cancel your reservation without a refund and charge you a minimum penalty of $200
Note: smoking is not allowed in the rooms, toilets, showers, corridors, balconies and all public areas of the hostel. The minimum penalty for smoking is $200
If the smoke detector is destructed, disabled or modified the minimum fine is $200

CLEANLINESS & SANITATION:
Tourists must wash their dishes
Tourists must not use sleeping bags and / or your own bed linen
Tourists must not wash clothes or shoes in the sinks
Tourists must not throw toilet paper or any other hygiene products in the toilet
Tourists must not put their legs on the toilet
Tourists must not put anything on empty beds
Tourists must not wear street shoes in the hostel.

SILENCE:
Quiet time is from 10:00 pm (22:00) to 09:00 am

CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE:
Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult person, such as a parent, relative, teacher, coach or another authorized adult person
All children must be monitored at all times by the authorized adult person and the hostel is not responsible for children being hurt, injured or fatally wounded during stay
Note: in the event if any hostel’s property is destroyed or damaged by a child the authorized adult person bears full responsibility
