Golden Buddha Hostel was established from beginning of May and opening to be done in a week.

Golden Buddha Hostel was established from beginning of May and opening to be done in a week. Our mission is to provide a better place to sleep for the backpackers in a budget cost. The rooftop of the hostel has the best view of Monkey temple (Swoyambhunath). It is also located around the local surrounding which helps the clients to interact with the locals as well.

There are 5 rooms in total in our hostel. We provide the following rooms:
1. Dormitory Room - 1 nos. - 10 beds - Bunk Beds - Shared Toilet
2. Special Dormitory Room - 1 nos. - 8 beds - Bunk Beds - Shared Toilet
3. Common Room - 1 nos. - 6 beds - Single Bed Private Room - 2 nos.- Private Double Bed - Shared Toilet
4. Private Room - 2 nos.- Private Double Bed - Shared Toilet

We have common amenities like a common chilling place next to the kitchen, and we have three terraces which are one is the terrace with garden, second is the terrace with beautiful view of Monkey Temple and third the top most terrace from there as well the view of Monkey Temple.

Take a Taxi from the airport and tell the driver to take you to Chhetrapati which is South-West corner of Thamel. Our hostel is opposite of a school called Whitefield School which is 2 minutes drive from Chhetrapati through a place called Dhalko.

The hostel is few minutes walk from Thamel, Kathmandu Durbar Square is just 10 minutes walk, Monkey Temple is just 15 minutes walk and various othe local temples around the hostel.
