The city of Iquitos can be reached by air or by river. Flights connect LIMA -IQUITOS at approximately 1:45.
The waterway starts from Yurimaguas or Pucalpa, and the trip takes 3-6 days depending on the water level of the river.

ECOLOGICAL JUNGLE TRIPS is located 220 km from the city Iquitos on the banks of RIO YARAPA.
To reach this place you have to travel with the car to the town of Nauta (110 Km) which is located on the River Marañón, gateway to the Pacaya Samiria.
From Nauta continue the trip in a typical boat, in which you see the formation of the Amazon River (Union of MARAÑON rivers - UCAYALI)
Then change to finish the trip on the river YARAPA. Travel Time 2:30 in the POT.
