!!!Cancellation and Change of Reservation Policy!!!
* If a confirmed reservation is cancelled, the prepaid deposit is forfeited.
*If a reservation is cancelled fewer than 14 days preceding the check-in date, one night stay will be
charged.
*If a reservation is cancelled fewer than 7 days preceding the check-in date, or the guest does not
show up, the entire booking amount will be charged.
*If a confirmed reservation that includes a super peak season date is cancelled less than 30 days
preceding the check-in date, the entire booking amount will be charged.
*Amendments to a booking will be handled on a case by case basis and will be dependent upon
room availability. No refund will be made for a shortening of stay, reduction in the number of rooms,
or change of room type. These terms and conditions were agreed to by the guest at the time of
booking.
* Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and checkout time is 12:00 Noon
