Special Check-in instructions:

The resort's reception is open until 7 PM, Monday to Friday; 8 PM on Saturdays; and 6 PM on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Guests arriving for check-in outside of the reception's opening hours must contact the resort in advance (during office hours) on the following number: + 34 952 814 454. A code for a safe box, located outside the reception, will then be issued for key collection.

Cancellation policy;

Any cancellation or no show within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total amount.

Directions from Malaga Airport:
Upon exiting the airport, follow signs for ‘Malaga / Cadiz’. After the
first roundabout keep to your right and follow signs to
’Torremolinos / Cadiz’ and join the ‘A‐7’ (formerly known as the
N‐340) highway. Keep in the inside lane for just 2 km, don’t take the
first exit but once you see a blue sign over this inside lane for
‘Benalmadena / Algeciras (E‐15 / A‐7)’, exit the highway and join the
motorway. Bypass Torremolinos and Benalmádena and follow signs
for ‘Fuengirola / Algeciras’, after just over 14.5 kms you will see an
illuminated sign indicating the ‘E‐15 / AP‐7 ‐ Marbella / Algeciras’ to the
left and the ‘A‐7 Fuengirola / Algeciras’ to your right. Take the new
toll motorway ‘E‐15 / AP‐7’ ‘Autopista del Sol’ to your left. We strongly
recommend you take this route even though there is a cost. Follow
signs for ‘Puerto Banus’ and proceed through the tunnel and past the
floodlit golf course (not always lit) on your right. DO NOT EXIT AT
THE FIRST PUERTO BANUS SIGN, take the second exit signposted
‘Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia’. After turning off, stay on the left
hand side of the road going uphill towards ‘Nueva Andalucia’. At the
first roundabout go straight ahead (Bullring on the right) and the
Aloha Gardens signpost will be on your right. Follow the road straight
on across two roundabouts, at the 3rd you will see Aloha Gardens
signposted (on your right). Turn right onto Avenida del Prado and
Aloha Gardens is on your right.
