The tour of American parks that we thought for you is a journey that will take you away at least a couple of weeks.

We will discover the 5 national parks among the most beautiful in the United States. The on the road that we propose you (yes that's right, is a journey to be done by car) has a total of 32 hours, that is why we suggest you to spread it in at least 10-15 days of travel.

Let's start from the most famous, Yellowstone National Park, arriving then to Yosemite National Park, passing through an Indian reservation and through the famous Grand Canyon.

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK

The first step of our journey could not be one of the most famous and most beautiful parks in the world, the Yellowstone National Park, the oldest national park in the world. In fact, it was founded in 1872.

The park is also the largest nature reserve in the United States.

Surely you already know it for its wonderful geyeser and its thermal pools, the "hot springs". The most famous of these pools is the Morning Glory, whose bright colors are due to bacteria that live there.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK

To get to Rocky Mountain National Park there are about 8 and a half hours by car, if you do not want to do them all together, you can always stop in a motel down the road, take a breath to resume the journey.

This park takes your breath away for its high peaks and its hills ... at 3 thousand meters.

The routes to do on foot are many and all different, but you could always move with cars and stop near the observation points reported and enjoy the view.

Near the park there's also the Stanley Hotel, hotel where Stephen King was inspired by the movie The Shining.

But the things to see are not finished! To the south of Rocky Mountain National Park is situated the Arapaho National Forest, whose name refers to the tribe of the Arapaho, who lived in these areas.

DENVER

We advice you to stop to Denver and use it as a base for your travels in the coming days. Get some breath before resuming the journey towards the long-awaited Grand Canyon.

You can stay at the Hostel Fish and it doesn't matter what time you arrive, here's the reception is open 24-hour a day.

GRAN CANYON

To reach the Grand Canyon from Denver, the hours of cars are quite a lot. From Colorado, we touch a piece of Utha, to arrive then in Nevada. We're talking a full 12 hours of travel. You could think to stop in Grand Junction, destination for mountain bikers fond and city born on the Colorado River.

Continuing the next day, with 6 hours and a half drive to the Grand Canyon.

But when you finally arrive to the Grand Canyon it will be an indescribable feeling. You grew up seeing photos of friends who have been there or looking on internet and now you can walk on it!

If you have time, stop at least a couple of days, the park is so extensive that one day is not enough to see it.

LAS VEGAS

In little more than 4 hours you'll arrive in Las Vegas, enjoy it, after many parks it's worth something so extravagant.

In this article you find the 5 things you must see in the city of vice.

DEATH VALLEY

After a night at the Las Vegas Hostel(where you'll feel a VIP, paying just some dollars), you only have two hours and a half driving ahead of you to get to the Death Valley.

Suggestive and, in some ways, even a bit disturbing, only just think of its name.

Before you enter into the Death Valley, make sure to have a full tank (there are only two service stations throughout the area) and a lot of water in the trunk. The sun here beats down really strong and to have a water stock prevents from any possible illnesses.

Don't absolutely miss the Badwater, the now dry bed of the ancient Lake Manly (seems to be on the moon!), the Zabriskie Point's rocky foam hills, the sand dunes and the Scotty's Castle.

YESOMITE NATIONAL PARK

From Death Valley the step is "short" to the last stop on this tour of the American parks, only 4 hours by car.

You'll be surprised by the beauty of the giant sequoias and the beautiful waterfalls of this park.

One of the most beautiful spots is the Tunnel View, where you can admire the valley in all its uniqueness.

This park is full of scenic roads that you can travel by car, so you're not forced to get out and go for long walks ... then it all depends on how you will be at the end of this trip!

Long, but full of things to see, this tour of the United States National Parks tries to make you experience the true essence of the American parks in one trip.

Equipped yourself and take the time you need, it will be a unique experience!
