Not recommendable. Umconfortable. Some rude staff. Pros: Not bad-situated and Wi-Fi available, good indications to get there, but we will neither repeat nor recommend this apartments.
Only cash payment.
There is an unspecified and new "towel charge" (2 small towels), amount 5.50€. We were never informed about that.
No everyday cleaning. No blanket over matress cover.
Small bugs in room (spiders).

not badsituated is interesting, taking into consideration that it is situated in one of the most hip areas and super-close to the city centre.
you had a an aprtment with bedroom, livingroom, small kitchen corner in the entry, shower, toilet. for all that you payed 42euro per night, this means you payed 21euro per person. usually our staff never is rude. but, for this price no extra service can be expected. the charge for bedlinen and towels is not new and has been in use since easter 2011.
everyday cleaning was not in the offer. everyday cleaning would rise the prices considerably!
for sure there was a blanket over the matress. supposedly there is different ways of preparing beds in austria than in other parts of the world! to austrian standards the bedding was complete!
spiders: sorry, maybe we did not get them quickly enough. the apartment had been cleaned on the day of your arrival following normal standards.
if there were spiders, we really do apologize for that.

Muy buen lugar, con sencillez pero confort. Muy bien ubicado, cerca pero no en el centro mismo asi se puede ubicar lugares más baratos para las compras diarias. Altamente recomendable.

交通方便 安靜 老舊公寓 我們喜歡這屋子 但是不喜歡這屋況 洗澡時污水從其他出口冒出 洗碗也是 之前告知有問題 女主人只是很客氣的直說對不起 但是沒有動作 接下來的週六日我都在清浴室 發了簡訊跟信都沒回應 有人週日入住也聯絡不上主人 週一有位男士來處理 態度很好 退房幾天後才收到之前的回信說假日沒有水電工 我連找人抱怨的機會都沒有 還有她的無線網路很不穩 假日都抓不到

The woman and owner (Irene) yell at my husband and shot the door of our apartment before him... (the man was a lot nicer and calm). In fact, their apartment are not in good condition, and when it rains, they have to shot down electricity! My husband said they could not do this and they should give us a refund... she refused... he explained we had food in the fridge. Also, when we washed the dishes, it would come out from the drain in the bathroom, ouach! So, in general, we have been stressed the entire stay that they would shoot down electricity... They requested instead that we don't use electricity to half of the apartment and put shoes in case of electrocution!!??!!

interesting: how can you know who owns the house?
sad: instructions of staff regarding safety are be followed, but Mr. Lefebvre did oppose to all quiet asking to accept and follow safety instructions. on every boat, bus or airplane you would follow and accept safety instructions when necessary.
conclusion: with a bit more of cooperation on your part the situation would not have been as difficult!!

Il posto è vicino a tutto, è in un quart. ebreo(divertente) bisogna solo passare un pontino x arrivare al centro(una camminata di 10 min) il bagno è un po piccolo, non uno dei più comodi. niente cuscini come a casa(e nell armadio c erano coperte e cuscini sporchi) ma riscaldamento e 1 piumino a testa c erano. grande sala e una camera con letto matrimoniale assolutamente vivibile

Appartamento la cui posizione centrale consente di girare a piedi senza prendere la metropolitana. Vicino alla alla metropolitana e alla fermata dell'autobus che porta all'aereoporto Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'unico lato negativo è che la responsabile non si è fatta trovare al check-in, ma per fortuna l'abbiamo rintracciata con l'aiuto di persone del luogo. A parte quest'inconveniente (se i prezzi si mantengono) credo di ritornarci perché Vienna è davvero stupenda.

This hostel is very quiet, located close to Schottenring metro station and a 15 min walk to the St. Stephan church and city center. s close to a market with lots of restaurants and cafes, Karmelitenmarkt.The room was big, isolated from other rooms, warm,with big bed, sofas, table, cooking plate and bathroom with hot water. Free Wi-fi works great. We were not disturbed at all, we didnt meet other people, just the administrator which was very helpful. Everything was there, including cups for coffe, except some soap in bathroom. The bathroom is simple but good. Was a very good experience.

The apartment is very nice and really good choose for staying a few days at Vienna. Very good and useful location, it is near from sub station and market. The rooms very clean and pretty, but one of bad is creaking all night. I very recommend you to stay in this apartment for good price!

posizione ottima, buona la pulizia; l'unica pecca è forse la mancanza di informazione relativa a dove poter parcheggiare la macchina..i parcheggi in zona sono molto cari..consiglio..Erdberg station (pochi euro la settimana)..

Lage ist top (ruhig und doch zentral am Donaukanal), Sauberkeit okay, zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Kein Personal vor Ort, also auch keine Zwischenreinigung (aber es ist ja auch ein Hostel und kein Hotel)
Super-Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Weiterempfehlung bei schmalem Geldbeutel!

Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr zentral (zu Fuß 10-15 min bis zum Stephansdom) und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel liegen quasi vor der Haustür. Zum Schlafen wundervoll ruhig.
Negativ: Falls man mit dem Auto kommt ist das Parken von Mo-Fr sehr teuer (€ 1,20/Std). Die Appartments im EG sind sehr dunkel (egal, wenn man nur unterwegs ist) und die Bewegungsmelder im Hof könnten besser eingestellt sein, da der Pflastersteinboden im Dunkeln eine echte Herausforderung ist.
Für ein WE-Trip m.E. eine sehr gute Lösung.

Umístění naprosto perfektní. Ubytování standart, jen mi vadilo že denně vcházel personál do apartmánu (neuklízeli jej behem pobytu) treba jen donesli tekuté mýdlo ( i pesto že jsme v apartmánu v kuchyni i v koupelce měli plná belní) nebo vymenili sprchovu hlavici (funkcni za stejnou jen v jine barve) asi konrolovali stav apartmánu... jinak jsme tam byli spokojeni

Een apartement met keukentje, aparte toilet en douche en aparte slaapkamer. Wij waren met 4 personen en de bank in de kamer was omgetoverd tot slaapbank.
Tegen de binnenstad aan in een heel rustige wijk. Prima locatie voor weinig geld!

Really nice hostel, near to the city center - you can reach it on foot. Rooms quite big and well-equiped. Rooms standard-5/6, bathrooms standard-3/6. Great place for that price - we highly recommend it!!!

Personal empatic si foarte agreabil,comunicare pe net excelenta, disponibilitate mare de a ajuta clientul, pozitie ultracentrala, raport cost- calitate foarte bun,o casa veche incarcata de istorie. Foarte bune facilitatile- bucataria utilata si baia. Putina imbunatatire- un covor si un sifonier nou, poate si un radio/TV/internet ar duce la o imbunatatire substantiala. Bilant final: foarte bun. Jak na HOSTEL warunki super; wszystko było: ręczniki, czajnik elektryczny, mikrofalówak, lodówka, własny a nie wspólny prysznic i WC, po prostu całe mieszkanie w kamienicy do dyspozycji. POLECAM!

A really nice appartment to stay. Clean, big, good furniture, a small kitchen...It takes a bit to get to the citycenter but it is possible to walk there (15 min).

Basic, but clean and fully equipped. Very close to downtown, public transports and useful shops (supermarket, post office, internet café,...). It hasn't a very nice look outside, but we really liked it anyway. Little problems solved in short time (you have to text the office in working hours).
