Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage des Hotels war OK.

We arrived late due to flight delay. People received us freindly and stil could make a room avviable. Nice view from The house.

Nice casa . Rooms clean. Our room had a small bathroom. Good breakfast.

Na een lange vlucht (24 uur) bleek de casa op een of andere manier te zijn overboekt. We werden in een block verderop in een overigens prima casa gestopt. De ochtend erna mochten we naar onze geboekte casa komen voor een (ter vergoeding) gratis ontbijt. Ontbijt is prima met mooi uitzicht over de zee. Het Hostal ligt vlakbij Hotel Nacionaal wat een aanrader is om geld te wisselen en te bekijken. Het echte centrum ligt niet op loopafstand.

when we arrived, the casa turned out to be double booked so we were moved to a neighbours house close by. Very nice lady but totally inappropriate...she slept on a couch between our room and the second bedroom (hers) qwhich had our children in it. She only had one set of keys and wanted us to be out of the house when she was out, and we could not come back when she was out. needless to say we fiound our own accomodation and moved out first hing in thee morning.

Helt ok ställe att bo på i Havanna. Strandpromenaden utanför huset ca 1 km till Gamla Stan. Toa och dusch var litet och inte så fräscht, man kunde inte duscha utan att det blev blött överallt. Det var som att de byggt toan i en garderob.

Great location, right on the Malecon! The room was spacious and clean. The people where really nice and helpful! It was no problem for them when we wanted to check-out late because we had a late flight (without any charge). We loved every minute of our stay in Havana! Would definitely recommend everyone to stay here!

Slechte organisatie. De deurbel doet het niet. Gelukkig kwam er een andere gast aan, die voor ons de deur open kon doen. Wij hadden gereserveerd en er was geen plaats. Werden bij een buurman in een slechte kamer ondergebracht. Nog een kans gegeven. Reservering gemaakt voor een paar dagen later, aan het eind van onze rondreis. Weer geen plaats. Toen kon men ons nog een hok zonder raam, airco en fan aanbieden voor CUC 20!!!!! Ik raad deze locatie niet aan.

Really warm friendly people! The room was lovely and the malecon is a beautiful sight for runners in the morning. Breakfast is very nice and Cherly and Annas plus the family really helped us out. Will visit again!

El hostal bien bonito!

Pero,un poco de huele en el bano.

Nos trataron muy bien, fueron amables, está muy bien ubicado y cuenta con una linda vista. El taxi que nos recomendaron para que nos busque en el Aeropuerto fue muy puntual y amable.

Un aspecto negativo es que si bien en la página decía que se podía pagar en Tarjeta de Crédito, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no, que sólo era en Euros ya que la reserva se había realizado en esa moneda, DEBERÍAN ACLARARLO ANTES ya que no contábamos con pagar eso en efectivo. El resto de las cosas muy bien.

Très bruyant, eau manqquant parfois, chasse d'eau défaillante. Le personnel est serviable et agréable.

Good location to explore real Havana...was nice and clean don't get scared of neighborhood which looks rough all is safe...no Internet as expected in Cuba...land lady spoke some English...her employees are amazing!!

Nice view of ocean but bathroom and room very very small. Only shared balcony. Host spoke little English so not easy to communicate. Breakfast was good.

athough the property was nice and the staff exelent the entrace was not very nice and the shower head was not good, hardly any water came out ..

La casa es muy comoda y limpia. El desayuno vasto y de primera. La vista al Malecon muy buena.

Very friendly host! very happy to help with directions and information about the city. the rooms are great a double bed and good AC. my room was ensuite as well. there is a nice balcony with a good view at the casa, so you can read a book or just watch the city. the house is on the malecon, a road along the sea where every comes to at night to socialise. the house is an easy 10 to 15 minutes walk from habana vieja the old town, the walk is nice along the waterfront.

We had a Great time at house in front of the sea,Chely was friendly and the breakfast was superb,dinner also.

For sure I wiil stay there again.

Una excelente acogida en esta casa por parte de los dueños, todo impecable....además de que te orientan desinteresadamente sobre la ciudad y ayudan si lo necesita. Una vista preciosa desde la terraza hacia el Malecón. Los mejores desayunos de La Habana hechos con gran dedicación. Quedé muy contento.

An amazing place to stay in La Habana. It's a very clean and cool place and this house provides you the best experience in Cuba. Besides, it's very safe and the houseworkes are very friendly. For me, it's 100% in everything.

Excelente lugar. Trato exquisito. Uno se siente como en casa. Desayunos magnificos cuidadosamente preparados. Vale la pena tomarlos. Ubicación excelente. Enfrente del Malecón que te permite ir andando a la Habana Vieja, y cerca de la animada calle 23. Lo recomiendo sin dudas.

Great hosts. Very friendly. We had a clean, comfortable room with AC. Took advantage of the reasonably priced, delicious breakfast most days. The apartment is a short distance (20 minute walk or 3 CUC taxi) to the center of old Havana. The Apartment is really right by the sea with a great balcony where you can kick back and watch the waves or the old cars going past. The road in front of the apartment presents the only negative as it is very noisy all day and most of the night. Overall, this did not significantly detract from our enjoyment.

We liked "House in front the sea" very much. 1) The hosts were very polite, attentive. They greated us every time with a smile and were always ready to help. 2) The room was large, clean, well equipped. 3) The ocean view is the best in Havana! We could seat endlessly on the balcony!!! 4) It is located not far from the sights. I would recommend this place to everybody who wants to combine sighteeing and enjoying proximity to the ocean.

prima kamer, schoon met matige douche door de lage waterdruk in Havanna, uitstekend ontbijt voor Cuba en zeer behulpzame mensen met een vriendelijke en behulpzame instelling, door de weg ervoor enig verkeerslawaai wat met behulp van de airco en oordoppen prima op te lossen is(ik heb geslapen zonder oordoppen en geen last gehad) kortom, een van de betere casa's in de grotere steden

la posizione è ottimale per quanto riguarda l'equa distanza tra il vedado e la città vecchia.

L'ingresso è fatiscente tant'è che mi son chiesta piu' volte se ero nel posto giusto con scarsa indicazione di accesso.

Está bien ubicado, cerca a la Habana Vieja y otros lugares de interés. Tiene una bella vista hacia el malecón y se puede disfrutar de un delicioso y abundante desayuno en el balcón. Sus anfitrionas son muy amables.

Do not make a reservation at this place. If they are full they place you in an other casa. They are liars.

it was a really good choice for me for the first nights in havana. the location is away from "old-havana" where all the bus tours r heading to, but still walkable in about 20 minutes, so u get a better idea about the "real" cuba. u can have a great breakfast with the view over the ocean. chely, the host, can speak a little english, i really wish i can speak any spanish. she is very helpful, for example arrenged me a good stay in Santiago, the next step on my journey. i will never forget the evening before i left to Santiago when i was sitting there with her husband, who cant speak any english, but we were "talking" about the life in cuba.. he cooked a very nice meal for dinner which was "donated" cus we shared lots of rum. i booked the casa for another 2 night before i had to leave for germany. so, i came back, and will if i will get back to cuba! then, i hope, im able to speak spanish to get more in touch!

Die Unterkunft war bei unser Anreise leider schon vermietet. Deshalb kann keine nähere Bewertung abgegeben werden. Kleiner Lichtblick-für eine Alternativunterkunft wurde gesorgt und diese war o.k.

The owner Chely is a very nice helpful person. Bevor you go out to rush into the cuban life you should take some advices of her :)

One of her rooms is very small, but we just stayed 1 nigh in it and changed the next day to the big bright room. Nevertheless both rooms and the whole flat are clean and nice. You get fantastic breakfast on the terrace with ocean view by the inhouse cook, a very sympathic and always smiling man!

I can really recommend Chelys place, have a nice stay!

I was very happy with the place. It is a little far from the center, but it makes you discover Vedado. The terrace and breakfast are definitely the highlight. The crew is great and very helpful. Very good price-quality relation.
