Best Western Queens Crystal Palace **

Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservée. Nous avions téléphoné dans l'après-midi pour dire que nous serions en retard, mais ils avaient visiblement donné notre chambre à d'autres clients. Il est imposible de fermer l'arrivée d'eau dans la baignoire et le lavabo ne se vide pas.

Sporco, trasandato e in più ci hanno dato una stanza diversa!!! Sconsigliatissimo

Hotel czysty z przyjazna i pomocna obsluga. Hotel w trakcie remontu i dodawania ulepszen takich jak: klimatyzacja. Cena bardzo przystepna jesli chodzi o polozenie hotelu (dobry dojazd do centrum). Pokoje czyste, sprzatane codziennie, wygodne. W pokoju, w ktorym przebywalismy, lazienka byla przestronna z duzym prysznicem. Ogolna ocena bardzo pozytywna. Jesli jeszcze kiedys pojedziemy do Londynu, na pewno zatrzymamy sie w tym samym miejscu.

Discreto albergo, la camera era abbastanza grande ma la posizione incide davvero tanto,circa 50 min per raggiungere Piccadilly durante il giorno, più di 80 min la notte.consigliato a famiglie che vogliamo visitare Londra prevalentemente di giorno

A Hostel tiszta, nyugodt, csendes környéken van. A vonatközlekedés a London Hidig kiváló, 20 perc, busszal, hosszabb egy óra. A szoba tiszta volt, a fürdőszobában kád van. A reggeli kiadós, kicsit unalmas, mert mindig ugynazazt adják, de aki nézelődni megy Londonba, annak megfelelő. A szoba a földszinten volt.

Synes det var dårligt! Havde ikke vores værelse, så de forsøgte først at spise os af med lille grimt og dårligt værelse. Endte dog med suiten i stedet fordi vi brokkede os, men to dage senere ville de flytte os igen! Det nægtede vi og checkede ud! Opholder mig ALDRIG på det hotel igen!!!!!

Muy lindo el lugar y la habitaciòn, pero muy malo el servicio a los de habla hispana ya que no hay practicamente personal que hable español y ni siquiera se dan la idea de usar la pc como traductor, no hay ningun esfuerzo por entender a los de habla hispana y te taxi de cristal palace llego con 20 minutos tardes.

Nonostante la posizione un pò distante dal centro di Londra, l'hotel è confortevole e accogliente, la colazione non è eccessiva ma buona e lo staff è molto ospitale!!!!!!

Haus ist sehr verfallen und schmutzig, die Zimmer sind aber sauber und ordentlich. Hotel liegt ziemlich abgelegen. Preisleistung ist aber voll in Ordnung.

The best hotel for its price. The rooms were tidy, with lots of towels and were cleaned every day. The window of the room was broken but it was warm enough even in the cold days. The personnel could be a little more polite and responsive.

No co na to říci. Obsluha nás ubytovávala asi hodinu a když jsme opouštěli hotel, tak po nás chtěli znovu zaplatit ubytování!! Měli tam trochu zmatek! Doporučuji nechávat si doklady o zaplacení. Pokoje jsou pěkné, ale ne pokud vás šoupnou skoro do sklepa jako nás, ale naši kamarádi bydleli za stejné peníze v druhém patře. Snídaně v pohodě...tousty s marmeládou + černý čajík s mlékem, kafe a juice. Když si hotel zamluvíte předem, tak je cena výhodnější. Levnější hotel se velice těžko shání. PS: Pokoje jsou na kartu, ale počítejte s tím, že občas budou zlobit - na recepci vám ji ochotně znovu nastaví.

Polecam ten hotel tylko ze względu na cenę

qualche imprecisione nel check in..e il totale pagato è stato leggermente superiore al previsto (scritto nel foglio di prenotazione); un giorno non è stato effettuato il rifornimento sapone/shampoo

our reservation get lost. We have been waiting for more than hour to check in. The staff was slow and not helpfull. It`s quite far for center but good connection by train (about 25 min). Our rooms were clean. When it comes to breakfast - it wasn`t so tasty and each day the same kind of food was served.

l'albergo è carino, le stanze adeguate, i letti in ottimo stato.

i prezzi sono economici

è solo un pò distante dal centro. pullman + metrò circa 1 ora di viaggio

It was a very horrid experience. The room was through the back of the hotel, close to the dumpster. The room was dirty, smelly nd the sheets were torn and dirty. We refused the room and asked for a refund. The staff was rather unpleasent and uncooperative

the reservation got lost, we have been transferred to another hotel, where we got a family room and one single room (nothing else available).

Only after negotiation the price was reduced (original booking for 7 persons..)

This hotel is okay if you only want to sleep there for a few nights. It takes about 30 mins by train to Victoria Station, which is not too long. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are quite old (our flushing didn't work one day, but was fixed immediately). It is a bit noisy because of the traffic. The continental breakfast is okay.

we wrote the hotel 2 mails and got no answer from them. Due to the limited time before our trip we haven´t called them to confirm the way from the airport to the hotel. The result ist, we got the another queens hotel in another city-part.
