Quiet and clean place, and we had a pretty big room. Trying to get into the place was a little tricky, you basically have to ring the buzzer 14 times until the host hears you and comes up from another floor to let you in. Also, they took the remote for the AC (we had it for one day, then it was gone the next) and it was pretty warm in the room. Otherwise, stay was good.

Realmente cómodo y muy práctico, pues está muy cerca de la estación Santa Maria Novella y del centro histórico. Excelente la atención de Serena, siempre muy amable y disponible. Una hermosa vista de la Cúpula de Brunelleschi y Campanile de Giotto desde el balcón del salón compartido. Buena atmósfera, habitaciones amplias y cómodas, muy limpio. Regresaré! :) Saludos desde Argentina.

They only spoke Italian and did not understand Spanish or English. However, the room was great, except that instead of 5 beds they had 3 and pull-out couch and trundle bed and the shower was very small and I could not figure out how to change the temperature of the water, so my shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Great location though, right by the train station and practically a straight path to the duomo and pontevecchio

un excelente lugar para quedarse en Florencia, une bonita vista al duomo, las habitaciones limpias, muy buen servicio, volvería a quedarme ahi la siguiente visita a esa linda ciudad.

aconsejable para gente joven.Siempre que les enviaba un mail para confirmar reserva me lo respondian.Buena la atencion de la recepcionista,te entregan mapas con informacion util sobre el entorno del hotel:lavaseco, reataurantes, puntos de interes y tips.Ademas tiene internet y WI FI .Puede ser un problema que la recepcionosta esta solo esta en el Hostal hasta las 13:30 por lo que si llegas despues para hacer el check in no puedes entrar.Requiere entonces que avises tu hora de ingreso para que te esperen, lo que a veces viajando es dificil de saber con exactitud.Requiere tambien mayor limpieza en las piezas, renovacion de toallas, estan muy viejas, mantención de los desagues de la cocina y baño y que saquen retiren las bolsas de basura que se acumulan cada dia.Muy buena ubicacion , cerca de la estacion de trenes , en pleno centro y no es ruidoso.

The hostel very close the train station. The staffs are very friendly, I lost my wallet in Pisa. They offer me a free accommodation, when has no money. I would strong to suggest all of you to live in the hostel.

布団が、かび臭かったです。
タオルも同様です。エレベータがなく、もしとまるなら、背負えるタイプのバッグをお勧めします。
所在地もgoogleで調べていったら、駅からとても近かったのですが、実際は遠く、驚きました。ただ、遠いとはいえ、駅までは５から10分ぐらいだったと思います。
セキュリティー面や、洗面･全体の広さ･立地には問題ないです。
私たちが止まったところにはキッチンがついていたので、ながくステイするには、問題ないかなって感じです。
ながめる景色が最高です。

This is a really laxed out cool place to vist.
Note that the streets have two lots of numbers and you have to walk at least 200m (but directions are good).

the rooms are nicely furnished, our room (no 5) even had a balcony with view on the dome, the private bathroom is not in the room so it doesn't really make sense to pay extra for a private bathroom, the location is great, parking difficult and expensive (al least 17€ for night, far away from the hostel), nevertheless we would come back

An amazing location, and really nice little hostel. The only downside was the lack of common room, but I still managed to meet some lovely people. The staff are so nice, and the balcony has a view of the duomo. It's close to everything, easy to find, and generally a great place to stay!

I recommande this guest house,location is very godd, we had like 10 minutes to train station by foot. Staff are very professional, helpful and nice. Rooms were very clean and welcoming. We had a nice view of the Duomo from the window.

部屋は最上階で、階段での移動だったが、部屋は暖房器具の他、キッチン、電子レンジ、オーブンなども完備されており、またスーパーマーケットや朝一にも徒歩1分程度とかなり近かったため、自炊で食事代をかなり安くすませることができた。ホテルの鍵は門、部屋門、部屋の3つがあり、とても厳重であった。

Davvero ottimo soggiorno, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalle fiere Pitti, perfetto per professionisti. La stanza "delux" della locanda Daniel non ha niente da inviadiare ad un buon albergo. Ottima disponibilità orari ed efficiente possibilità deposito bagagli.

La ubicacion del hostal es inmejorable, esta cerca de la estacion de trenes de Florencia y vas andando a los pricipales lugares de interes. El personal muy amable y buena predisposicion. Yo habia reservado una cama en habitacion compartida y me dieron un piso!, si si, un apartamento que esta al lado porque tenian todo lleno. Para mi genial ya que era el mismo precio. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para el que vaya a Florencia.

abbiamo prenotato alla locanda e avendo richiesto il bagno privato ci hanno rigirato ad un appartamento lì in zona, bello, nuovo, pulito e abbastanza spazioso. tutto il personale è stato veramente gentile e alla mano!

Achei o local super aconchegante! Como se estivesse na propria casa. O Atendimento é excelente. Alèm de vc poder entrar e sair a qualquer momento (hà hostel que coloca horàrio). A localizaçao nem se fala. Proximo da rodoviaria (nem 5 minutos andando) e proximo do Duomo e da cidade antiga.

Ottimo Ostello! La posizione permette di essere in Duomo in 5 minuti, ed è dietro al mercato permanente di San Lorenzo! Inoltre è vicinissimo anche alla stazione.Il personale è gentilizzimo e disponibilissimo, c'è internet in camera e anche i lavandini. Siamo molto contenti! Consigliato!!!
