Very bad located, bad serviced, messy hostel. Completely wrong "how to get there". For the price one can find much better. The staff and their friends are very loud. The reception guy is from a list of "I don't know anything and don't give a shit". Highly recommend not to stay there. I moved to another hotel the same evening I checked in.

the man at reception asked for 5 extra euro, didn't give any bill, was really "pleasant" with female clients but in my opinion not professional..room stinky, not igienic paper in the dirty toelet.

de todas mis vacaciones este hostel fue la pesadilla, el dueño me cancelo la reservacion porque no llegue a las 16 hrs, llegue a las 21 hrs. y hasta que llegue me informa y me ofrece otra por el doble de lo convenido. Tuve que pagarle el doble pues no tenia a donde ir y el siguiente dia que era otra reservacion aparte tambien la cobro al doble. ademas no me rebajo lo que mande de anticipo con ustedes para reservar, dijo que eso ya se perdia. Me di cuenta que a otros les hizo lo mismo, hasta que llegan les dice no hay reservacion y les cobra el doble. o les dice 10 euros la noche y al llegar les cobra otros 5 por las sabanas y almohada, y como lo recibe a uno con muchos gritos pues uno se asusta. ahora quiero preguntarles a ustedes, me van a regresar los 7 euros, mas 7 de la segunda reservacion? puesto que no respeto ninguna en vez de 36 euros por noche tuve que pagar 80 de cada noche o dormia en la calle. 28 y 29 de dic 2011. el recepcionista bastante simpatico, llegue desde temprano en la ma;ana y mi cama la tuvo lista en 45 minutos eso le dio un plus

９泊しましたが快適そのものでした。参考までに客観的に述べます。オーナーのボブ、ビクトルさんともに対応に人間味があって良い。室内は白いタイルで統一され清潔に保たれてる。キッチン、食器、基本の調味料が自由に使える。場所は確認メールに書かれてる通りにくれば問題ない。近所にスーパーがあり便利。

el hotel es mentira que esta a 15 minutos del duomo, tardas por lo menos 45 minutos, esta todo sucio, nosotros nos llenamos de hormigas, hay un baño para 25 personas y super sucio todo

Very nice place, it has kitchen, common room, 2 balconies. It is really easy to find this hostel and easy to go around too. Star hostel has fantastic staff, which are always helpful. I really recommend this hostel to everyone It is the best choice (and very good price)if you are going to stay in Milan (I stayed even for a week).

This Hostel is a realy new, but comfortable. Everything is clean, and everybody friendly.
