I recommend this hotel to everybody. It's very nice, cheap and close to the city center. Me and my friend stayed in a nice double room and we let the luggage safe in the room during the day.
The host, Andrea, is very friendly and helpful, he took us from the bus station at the beginning and gave us advice about the best places in Rome. I'll definitely stay in Victoria Rooms next time when I'll go in Rome.

Andrea was a great host. The map of the city he made us with places to go was like our own personal key to the city. Train/metro station is less than a 10 minute walk. Bus stops near by if you want to take busses to attractions. Close to the Collosseum to walk. Overall I recommend this place and would come back here next time I'm in Rome.

Wir haben insgesamt 6 Nächte verbracht und waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden!! Das zimmer ist sehr schlicht aber sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Ein sauberes Bett!
Die Badezimmer sind zwar nicht die schönsten, die Duschen sins aber trotzdem einwandfrei. Abgesehen davon gewinnt das B&B durch seine top zentrale Lage, mitten im historischen Zentrum von Rom. Andrea, der Chef der Unterkunft hätte nicht hilfsbereiter und netter sein können!

Sehr gute Lage. Nettes Personal. Wichtig: Unbedingt Ankunftszeit angeben da der Eigentümer des Hostels direkt zu diesem Zeitpunkt da sein wird und die Türe zum Hostel aufschließt. Nicht davon irritieren lassen, dass es kein Klingelschild des Hostels an der Türe gibt. Wenn man früher ankommen sollte einfach bei der angegebenen Nummer anrufen.

Zatrzymaliśmy się w Victoria rooms 3 noce i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Pokoje czyste, lokalizacja świetna, w pobliżu dużo sklepów i restauracji. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny gospodarz - Andrea. Polecam! :)

I with my girlfriend stayed in Victoria rooms for 4 days. Andrea from Victoria rooms helped us in every aspect: he described where we can find all crucial infrastructure, helped us with luggage store and also came to us really quickly when we forgot our keys in the room at night! The room itself is really great - comfortable beds, new furniture and huge bathroom. I recommend Victoria rooms to everyone who is going to stay in Rome for some days.

In realtà siamo state spostate nelle camere dell' Ares Room ma siamo state avvertite del cambio qualche giorno prima. Ottima posizione e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,adatto a studenti.

Victoria Rooms posiada doskonałą lokalizację dla poruszających się komunikacją miejską. Blisko do stacji Termini, do metra. Pokoje wyjątkowo czyste. Właściciel Andrea bardzo pomocny,udziela informacji gdzie tanio i dobrze zjeść. Cena za jakość także wyjątkowo przyjazna-) Polecamy Iwona& Artur

La verdad que fue una bonita experiencia. Un B&B con lo justo para disfrutar de Roma e ir a dormir. Tuve un problema con la llave de la habitación pero rápidamente quedó todo solucionado. Mucha amabilidad

Il Victoria B&b si trova in una zona centralissima, a pochi passi da Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore, vicinissima a Colosseo e tutto il centro storico. La via dove si trova la guesthouse è molto tranquilla. All'interno, la camera dove abbiamo alloggiato in tre era molto ampia, quindi comoda appunto per tre persone. La pulizia è ottima sia per le camere che per i bagni comuni. Insomma un alloggio consigliabile per chi vuole un appoggio nel centro di Roma senza troppe pretese e a poco prezzo.

Andrea is one of the friendliest host I've met during my trip in Europe. He even allowed me to extend my stay for another night with a good price. The cleanliness is good, the place is well taken care of. Nothing bad to say about. Highly recommended! You get what you pay for!

The manager has complained about the low price I reserved: it's not first time in Italy that someone complains about this. There is not yet the way of thinking that a transparent way to book and cheap prices are a good presentation for cheap stays. I know for sure that many of this places, if a person arrives without any reservation, can do prices completely out of control!

I will recommend this place for everyone who want to stay in cheap, clean room. Remember to contact with hostel before you arrive to define your hour of arrival (very important if you dont want to stand and wait).

Il b&b è posizionato comodamente nella vicinanze della metro A e della metro b, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata cosi come San Lorenzo, ottimo quartiere per una birretta o una pizza. Il palazzo è molto silenzioso,la stanza è piccolina, ma carina e confortevole, ci sono due bagni comuni, entrambi con doccia e senza bidè che durante la mia permanenza di 3 giorni non sono mai stati puliti; devo dire però che sono stati sempre accessibili e ben tenuti grazie alla civiltà degli ospiti della struttura. La struttura ha un'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la consiglio quindi a tutti quelli che sono alla ricerca di una stanza accogliente, vicina al centro e senza troppe pretese.

La ringrazio per le cose positive che ha scritto riguardo al suo soggiorno , vorrei però precisare che la sua permanenza è avvenuta a cavallo di domenica ,unico giorno settimanle in cui le pulizie non vengono fatte in quanto giorno di riposo, ad eccezione dei periodi di alta stagione quando la struttura è quasi sempre piena.Detto questo le posso assicurare che le pulizie sono state fatte sia venerdì(prima del vostro arrivo) e sia sabato, da sottolineare che sabato e domenica gli unici ospiti nella struttura eravate voi quindi credo che se domenica non ci sono state le pulizie non è stato un grosso problema.In ogni caso mi complimento con voi perchè siete stati degli ospiti corretti ed educati e spero di potervi ospitare nuovamente nella mia struttura

Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany Hostel , wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy są dostępne takie jak : ręczniki , suszarka , środki do mycia.Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny.Pokoje i łazienka czyste.Polecam na krótki wypad do Rzymu .

Die Unterbringung war sauber (!) und man konnte nachts schlafen; Andrea hat uns nicht nur am Bhf. abgeholt, sondern uns auch viele gute Tipps gegeben; die Lage ist sehr gut, da Metro/Bus in der Nähe; einziger Mangel das ach-so-kleine, leicht verschimmelte Bad. Aber das haben wir gern in Kauf genommen,denn der Rest hat gestimmt. Wer sich auf Rom konzentriert und nur eine günstige, saubere Übernachtung sucht, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben!

Lo más destacable es el dueño. Un tío simpático que se mueve bien en la ciudad. No es el mejor barrio pero está cerca de todo. Para pasar el día pateando y volver sólo a dormir.

I had stay almost 10 days. Owner Andrea is very good company. While I had stay I saw he helped all the customer also he tells us many good place that Italian loves. I met many good friends here and had wonderful time. Hostel is close to everything which is good bakery, restaurant, bar, gelateria and so on. Also clean environment, stuff clean everyday here and if you have any problem ask Andrea he is a best owner I have ever met! Enjoy!!!

А за 10 минут добираешься пешком до Колизея. Расположение очень удобное!
Но надо заранее предупреждать владельца во сколько будете въезжать. Нам повезло, что в это время была уборщица!
Туричтический налог кажется 2 евро, жто очень сильно печалит.
Завтрак тоже стоит 2 евро надо оплачивать допольнительно. В общем, хорошее, чистое место! Советую!

Very nice place to stay for few nights if you want to do some sightseeing! Great location!Clean rooms,shared bathrooms.No kitchen,so perhaps it's not a perfect place for families with children(but you always can get some cheap coffe/breakfast in the nearest bar). Very friendly and helpfull staff!Andrea will tell you about most interesting places to see in Rome and even will recomend you where to get the best icecream!:) thank you Andre!

Bardzo dobre położenie, wszędzie blisko. Utrudniony kontakt z właścicielem, ale pomimo tego Andrea okazał się troskliwą osobą, bardzo sympatyczną i pomocną. Jedynym mankamentem były łazienki, które nie były sprzątane regularnie :/

pousada honestíssima, cujo dono, Andrea, é super atencioso e receptivo, traçando roteiro de turismo com Você, explicando detalhes quantas vezes vc precisar. as instalacoes sao limpas e bem conservadas. quando calor, o ar funciona o dia todo, mantendo o quarto bem confortavel sempre. vale muito a pena. bem localizado (uma pequena caminhada do coliseu), com acesso a tudo ao redor. Andrea é um rapaz alegre, tb músico, sempre por perto para assegurar que sua estadia em roma será o mais agradavel e satisfatoria possivel. recomendo muito. mauricio coutinho

Отличный хостел, могу смело рекомендовать. Метро близко, станция Термини тоже близко, Колтзей близко. Отличные матрасы, выспался за 4 часа великолепно) Andrea посоветовал отличные места где вкусно и недорого покушать и попробовать отменное мороженное. а также нарисовал на карте за 5 минут маршрут, им рекомендуемый исходя из нашего времени пребывания.
Из минусов - если нет итальянской симки, то не всегда можно что-то спросить, т.к. он не всегда на месте. А другого персонала я там не видел. И никто не предложил завтрак, но у нас было что кушать, поэтому не посчитали это проблемой.
Следующий раз может попробую и другой хостел для разнообразия, но буду знать что сюда точно можно вернуться и не разочароваться.
