公寓位于便捷的哈瓦那新城区，临近哈瓦那自由酒店和Nacional酒店、哈瓦那大学，也临近市区23街和几家酒店，著名的Coppelia冰激凌店和哈瓦那大学，在哈瓦那大学会有西班牙语课程和其他课程提供。由于处于市中心，可以很方便的乘公交车或出租车到任何地方。

公寓有独立的入口处，空调房内有两张床（可以根据要求加第三张床），电视，便利的厨房设施，冰箱，小型的卫生间带有热水淋浴。公用的电话。公寓旅舍的主人可以提供带有当地水果和新鲜面包的早餐。床单，毛巾每周定期更换费用包括在房费内。

旅客可以在公用的花园和阳台享用早餐。提供乒乓球和自行车租赁（仅限两个旅客）

 

 

条款和条件

RULES
Owners reserve their admission rights for guests and visitors.
Minors are allowed only if accompanied by their parents.
All visits must be reported to the owners, especially if they will stay for the night.
The behavior in the apartment (music, voice level, etc), should be normal.
Conducting social activities (more than 4 people) should be discussed with the owner in advance.
Damages to the property and its contents must be avoided at all times, must be reported and paid to the owners before check out.
Saving energy and water is required.
The rental payment is made in advance, if the contract suspended, the days not used will be refunded (the cancellation day will not be refunded).
The contract may be suspended by the owner in the event of breach of any of the rules listed above, after discussion with the tenant.
