Shared telephone. Hosts can offer breakfast with local fruits and fresh bread. Linen, towels and weekly cleaning are included in price. Plants and flowers surround the small terrace and front portal.

Still considered as the City Centre, it has convenient transport connections by bus and taxi to the whole city of Havana. Only a few blocks

Terms and conditions

RULES
Owners reserve their admission rights for guests and visitors.
Minors are allowed only if accompanied by their parents.
All visits must be reported to the owners, especially if they will stay for the night.
The behavior in the apartment (music, voice level, etc), should be normal.
Conducting social activities (more than 4 people) should be discussed with the owner in advance.
Damages to the property and its contents must be avoided at all times, must be reported and paid to the owners before check out.
Saving energy and water is required.
The rental payment is made in advance, if the contract suspended, the days not used will be refunded (the cancellation day will not be refunded).
The contract may be suspended by the owner in the event of breach of any of the rules listed above, after discussion with the tenant.
