Good place for people who are fit (can climb 65+ steps.) (No elevator). I’ve been there twice so it gets my stamp of approval. It’s family run. Friendly, courteous people. Excellent location with locals at the cafe across the street. Away from the touristy streets but close to both Giardini and Arsenale, and San Marco Piazza.

No me senti satisfecha porque rente una habitacion de mujeres con baño privado y resulto que el baño lo estabamos compartiendo con varias habitaciones del mismo piso, hice el reclamo en recepción y me dijeron que era el baño solo para nosotros pero no, todos lo estaban usando.

Cà Lin Venice Zimmer: nous avions la chambre 8 (vue sympa sur les toits de Venise) avec salle de bain individuelle.

Les plus: Très très bien placé (entre la Piazza San Marco et la Biennale. Literie confortable et très bonne isolation phonique (fenêtres avec double vitrage).

Beaucoup de commodités en bas dans la rue: petites épiceries, café avec viennoiseries, une pizzeria (à emporter)

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour Venise (85€ la chambre pour 2 par nuit avec sdb taxes de séjour comprises)

Les moins: 54 marches pour arriver à la réception (et à notre chambre)

Odeur d'humidité (normal, on est à Venise) Pas de petit déjeuner

La habitación era una cama doble para dos personas estuvo perfecta, había un lavamanos. La ducha era compartida y estaba un poco sucia. En general, fue una buena estancia!

Estuve en una habitacion en plamta baja que tiene mucho olor a humedad y no estaba limpio cuando llegue la primer nocHe. Luego mejoro la llimpieza. Y la ultima noche estuve en la compartida que estaba muy bien de limpieza. No tiene muchos servicios.

Ac didn't work very well and it was really really hot to sleep at night, many many stairs to go with a suitcase.

Con pochi accorgimenti su pulizia e accessori potrebbe avere un appeal migliore. La zona è caratteristica ed interessante per gli spostamenti complicati nella città e i prezzi che girano.

Perfetto anche per piccoli gruppi che vogliono passare pochi giorni a Venezia

Staff could be more accommodating to early arrivals. I arrived around 9am to drop off my luggage, and wasn’t allowed to enter the property. Be wary of early arrival.

Good value for this price. I stayed in a room with 5 bed sharing it with other ladies. Everyone was quiet and respectful. Of course there are issues like queuing to the bathroom, someone snoring or after midnight arrivals so get your earplugs and wake up a bit beforehand. The hostel was clean enough. Room okay, though a BIG downside is that there are only three plugs (for 5 ppl), and all in one location. Also, only 1 light, so if you wanna sleep early, thats a problem. a bit too pricey for whats on offer. Kitchen appliances not sufficient.

Make sure that you get a room on the higher floors. The ones on groundfloor are unacceptable, moldy and unhealthy. Everything from the bed sheet to the towels are humid and moldy. The 3-bed room was okay, the shower very old and less water. Location vor Biennale travellers very close to Arsenale and Giardini. But hotel standard very low.

Mein Zimmer war schmutzig un mit frenden Haaren übersät. Die tägliche Reinigung verteilte diese nur wieder ohne sie zu entfernen. Dusche und Lavabo kaum zu gebrauchen da defekt. Preis/Leistung stimmte nicht. (60€ pro Nacht)

Location is good.

It's fine for people who stay only 1 night cause the room is a hotel room but used as a dormitory. For people who just needs a place to sleep.

this is not an hotel it is a Lager. It is unaccetable that such accomodation costs over 170 euro. Did you ever go and checked it out. Maybe you should. It is dirty and definetevely not an guest house.

Lo bueno del hotel es la ubicación. La habitación no estaba muy cuidada y para el baño compartido pero muy pequeño, había que pasar por delante de la recepción y normalmente ocupado

Hotel Casa Linger is on a top location but not the most modern or clean accomodation. But price and value is great, therefore i'd recommend to stay!

Quiero destacar en primer lugar la atención personal en el hotel es muy cordial y profesional,la limpieza muy buena, la ubicacion es rápida y muy simple de llegar,muy buena calidad, lo recomiendo no se arrepentiran.

The welcome was nice. The building is old, but they try to maintain it. The room was dusty, the shared bathroom was dirty. It is a cheap option, the place is just enough for one or 2 nights.

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, super Lage, es war alles zumindest oberflächlich sauber und auch das Gemeinschaftsbad war vollkommen okay, Zimmer Nr.3 sollte um jeden Preis vermieden werden! Nice hotel been staying there when in venice already for over 10 years

the hotel is placed very central. the room was very small. basic facilities like hair dryer where missing. and had to be ordered the toilet & shower room had no space to deposit shampoo etc. there was no towel on the floor - effect: everything is wet. compared to this, the price was definitely exorbitant! over 1'0000 euro for 10 days
