I had a really bad experience at this place. The first thing was that I had no water in my room. They took almost 2 hours to fix the problem.
The next day, the person who cleaned my room threw away (or stole?) one of the souvenirs I had brought from Barcelona. It was wrapped in an old map and apparently they thought it was trash! This was very irritating.
Next thing, Internet is not free here! I bought a 5 euros card for 2 hours of Internet. Of course, it didn't work, so I had to go down to the Reception to change the card. Yet another annoyance.
And finally, when paying, the girl at the reception gave me 10 euros less when she handled me the change. I only noticed a few moments later when getting into the Metro station. I had to go back and ask for my 10 euros! Do these people do anything right?
I will never come back to this place and I do not recommend it to anybody.

Nos tocó una habitación interior. Bien porque son grandes. Mal porque parece de hace 30 años. Aunque hay aire acondicionado, se escucha el ruido del del vecino durante tooooda la noche.
Lo mejor: la zona de desayuno. Bonitas vistas y buen desayuno.

Muy buena ubicación, perfecto para llegar desde el areopuerto en metro (la parada está en frente del hotel). Cerca de las calles de marcha y del centro histórico. Habitaciones limpias y con calefacción. El agua de la ducha no siempre está muy caliente. Personal muy amable

The hotel is very well located, quite close to the main points of the city center. Everyone in the staff is very nice and kind. The small breakfast that is served is very good for the hotel's rate. I would recomend this hotel.

Superior rooms may be OK, but normal rooms are not. Surely not "recently renovated"! Bathroom so old, it cannot not be cleaned. "Sat TV" means only 4 channels (1 english) on tiny old TV. No reaction of the superiors on complaints. Staff friendly but no help. Breakfast is ok (this room is indeed recently renovated). Location of the hotel is excellent.

Das Hotel war ok, vor allem wegen der Lage. Das Frühstück geht noch, aber wer nach ordentlichem Frühstück sehnt, sollte lieber auf das Hotel verzichten. War genig, aber die Auswahl war miseabel. Und der Frühstückraum war so kalt, dass man den Mantel hätte mitnehmen müssen. Na ja, aber der Preis war in Ordnung, und wenn man das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis betrachtet, hätte man auch nicht mehr erwarten können. Insgesamt ist man sowieso nicht im Hotel, also empfehlenswert ohne Luxuswünsche!
