Apartment 4 Roses is a one bedroom apartment in a very central location, next to the pedestrian zone. It is located in a historical residential building.

The apartment's bedroom/living room is furnished with a queen size bed with a new mattress, fold-out sofa, TV set with cable (with many foreign channels - English, German, Italian, etc.) and a DVD player. There is a free cable internet connection.

The fully equipped kitchen contains a microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a wardrobe and table with two chairs.

The bathroom offers a shower corner and hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The windows of the apartment are oriented towards a quiet inner yard. Its size is 43 square metres (approx. 462 square feet) and can accommodate two persons in the double bed (cannot be separated) and two on the fold-out sofa. The apartment is located on the sixth floor in the building with an elevator.
