Apartment 4 Roses is a one bedroom apartment in a very central location, next to the pedestrian zone. It is located in a historical residential building.

The apartment's bedroom/living room is furnished with a queen size bed with a new mattress, fold-out sofa, TV set with cable (with many foreign channels - English, German, Italian, etc.) and a DVD player. There is a free cable internet connection.

The fully equipped kitchen contains a microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a wardrobe and table with two chairs.

The bathroom offers a shower corner and hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Its size is 43 square metres (approx. 462 square feet) and can accommodate two persons in the double bed (cannot be separated) and two on the fold-out sofa. The apartment is located on the sixth floor in the building with an elevator.
